DUE TO OVERWHELMING OVERRULING AND COMPLAINTS, I WILL OPEN THE FLOOR FOR IDEAS TO BE SAID.
I do apologize again, for it is my fault for being rushy in the getting this guild up to active speed. So this will be corrected as a group rather than my already overworked brain. This Error on my part will be fixed, some will hate the results that we pick as a group, but you are almost all adults so you will get the hell over it.

My suggestion is to let him apply for another village once it is open.

In case you missed it, I already remade the village. Which is how this whole ordeal started.
It's a little unfair that I spend six hours on my sample to be told that I have to share. Which is childish, but seriously. Let's be real. I spend six hours typing up a sample for that s**t, and I have yet to see any kind of RP anything from him.
Make him apply. If his sample bests mine, then all's fair.

Diablo, is it okay if i apply for Iwagakure? I don't want to take this to another certain level especially what Rain_Hayabusa has done shouting on my a**. So may I conclude this and let iShay-Chan be the Raikage? BUT: I am not done with Rain_Hayabusa if that kid keeps calling me a noob, I swear I'll make everything hard on him...

If his sample bests mine, then all's fair. I just got that same thing from Rain, Bio, Rund, & a few others... than it has been decided.... Flying will submit an RP sample, if he can best Shay's current he will be given the kage spot. If he does not than Shay will keep her spot no questions asked or statements made. Flying Kick will have 2 days (More than enough time) to submit a sample, if he doesn't than iShay will be kage my default.
