It states in progress Royon just saying. Now to judge this firstly you don't have to apply for a custom weapon just think of a weapon personal to your character and describe it you may have three I believe.

Family History: The Hozuki Clan is infamous for being able to become water. The Hozuki clan, which helped the Mist in every major war it has been in, later became prosecuted for there overly violent ways and often criminal behavior. Recent generations have proved there clan has changed by leading peace negotiations, helping the betterment of the Mist and holding high, well respected ninja positions. A common habit for the newer generations is combining Kenjutsu with there Hydration Technique.
History: Grew up in the Hozuki Clan. At the age of 8 he became a Genin, shortly after he effortlessly brutally killed and then mutilated the body of a Jonin who accidently scuffed his favorite blade. Went to rehabilitation for ten years. Within a week of his release he was promoted from Genin to Jonin for uncanny and disturbing skills he possed. Earned his position of Elite Hunter-Nin by killing, dismembering and eradicating a tratior in a large crowd of people from a long distance instantaniously and with no witnesses. Is currently the strongest person in the village below Sannin rank. Remain unkown to most of the village.

There only one thing that you need to fix is your pool power if your going be hunter nin your charka power should be 300 not 340 so once you fix that re add your jutus then ill appoval it

Sorry, I was thinking ahead and didnt explain. I added 40 to my chakra pool, because I was hoping to be a Elite Hunter Nin and because Samehada can hold chakra that is at his use. Ill change it but please consider these changes.
