Erm...Hi! I'm CoolQueerLeader, and being a guild owner myself, I just wanted to give some suggestions on what you possibly should do to improve this one.
Sorry, This list is going to be a little long...
✓ Make a join request.
This prevents total noobs and people who don't really care about the guild to enter.
✓ Create subforums.
Instead of having everything in the main forum, create subforms to make everything neater and more organized.
✓ Create a subform for only profiles.
Have a profile smelly as one topic, then have everyone post their own characters in different topics. This make approving and sorting characters a breeze.
✓ Make the Profile Skelly a bit more thorough.
Include details like Height, Weight, Sexuality, Favorite classes, their parents houses, etc. etc. This makes characters seem a lot more three dimensional and developed.
Then, I have some little random ideas...
•Have the House Heads be crew members.
Then, if you create a crew only sub forum, the House Heads will always know whats going on.
•To be a House Head, you have to send an Rp sample to show you're a decent role-player.
Can't have total noobs running the guild.
•Have an Rp test for teachers as well.
No noobs running the classes either!
Okay, that's really all for now... I have a few more ideas, but they aren't things I want to post in the guild. If you want, I can send you a PM later.

Thank those above for your suggestions. Yours has been taken care of, Knight, and the Guild captain and I are discussing your ideas as well, Cool Queer Leader. We think they are all very good ones, though I find it unlikely we will be doing the sub-forums for it would take too much time and people wont like to have to re-do their profiles, posts etc. etc.
We might upgrade the profile page, but it will be the last thing on our list if we do and I myself like the other 'random' ideas you put down. Feel free to send that PM to myself or the Guild captain if you have not done so already.

Hello! I just had two suggestions:
- It is a bit annoying posting with someone who doesn't post their picture. Or just reading something someone posts. Its like talking to someone when you don't know what they look like. I'm sorry, but people aren't going to go and read ALL the profiles to find the picture that matches the name. I suggest to make it a rule to at least include the picture in every post.
- Have a topic for Prefects. One male and one female student could be chosen from each house (they have to be fifth years and up) to act as prefects, and would continue to be prefects in their sixth and seventh years until they leave school. So, there would be 6 prefects in each house. This gives students extra authority that for the moment, only teachers have. Also, making head boys and head girls would be interesting. ((I'm suggesting this because it DOES appear in the books))

Sorry about that, but we don't want to control you guys too much! ^.^ I feel like it's not really my place to say this, but thanks for the whole, people can choose if they put a picture or not, because I have no idea how to add pictures... sweatdrop

Its not such a big thing XD If you really wanna know, PM me and I can tell you. Great! Yeah, I understand, no problem (:Though I do have another suggestion:
Have an OOC (Out of Character Chat). It allows the members of the guild to talk, not directly about the guild, but about anything really. If people are new, and don't know where they could start posting, they could post there and see who would like to RP. Its just for questions or talking in general.

Err, hope I'm not overstepping anything, but I'd like to suggest about the Absences.
Sometimes, there are just circumstances that have us away for more than a week, a month or ever more. And what I'm trying to get at is, if we're away all the time, the least someone could do is inform the guild about it.
For example, I might not be able to post continuously this month because I have important long term exams that last for days and graduation day coming up at the end of the month. I'd like to inform the guild about it so I don't get kicked out or whatever you do to inactive captains and members.
And these would be posted in a subform specifically for leaves to make it easier to announce to other members who may have been waiting for a reply from their RP partner.
Right, sorry, yeah thanks. :'D

I understand about the Courtyards, but if we put up a room of requirement EVERYONE would go in it and it's only for people who really really need it, like Harry Potter who wanted to train people how to survive or Malfoy who didn't want to be slaughtered by V--You Know Who. We'll think about it, but it may have some strict rules if it does come out.
