I decided to make an RP like the kind of thing that I daydream about.
I thought it'd be a good rest from the medieval streak we've been having. In a cluster of worlds, where the customs couldn't be more different, a man-made planet of hollow glass rests in the center: The Universarium. Each of the worlds is connected to The Universarium in their own ways, so travelers can explore new worlds. Oddly, though, much happens in The Universarium itself. A trade system has sprung from it, and from there, The Universarium has become much like the planets surrounding it. This has gone on for years, now, but strange things have been happening...
More strange than usual, of course.This is an RP to just be the character you want to be. Reverse gravity. Become invisible. Breathe underwater. Godmodding rules apply just like everywhere else, but other than that, have whatever abilities you want (to a limit). Appearance: A polo shirt and jeans, along with his special grey jacket he usually wears buttoned at his neck like a cloak, and his iconic flatcap that always covers his eyes.
Bio: Half treasure hunter, half mechanic, Oliver left his home planet in search of an exciting job and adventure. He pilots The Dreamcatcher, A small rocket-propelled ship that sails across the vacuum of space.
Weapons/Powers: When he wears his jacket around his neck, the sleeves stretch like extra arms, which he uses for battle and work. When necessary, he uses his wrench for close-up fighting.

Bio: Not much is known about Findecáno Súrion. Appeared from nowhere as far as others know.
Weapons/Powers: Weapons: Twin daggers, a bow, and a longsword. All with the ability to burn all other people who touch them or are touched by them.
Powers: Able to possess other living beings and use psychic powers.

Appearance: 
Bio: Born on the planet Gallifrey in the constellation of Kasterborous, to a Gallifreyan father and a human mother. Physically he is much like other Gallifreyans, with two hearts which pump blood that is recognizably not human, and a respiratory bypass system which enables him to recycle oxygen for a brief time. The only apparent physical characteristic which he inherited from his mother is his eyes. Although their color may change when he regenerates, they retain a human retinal pattern. This may explain his occasional need for spectacles or magnifying glasses, which never seem to be used by full-blooded Gallifreyans. The planet Gallifrey is much like Earth, but some of the trees have silver leaves, and its night sky is a burnt orange color. The Doctor has memories of lying on a hillside with his father while watching a meteor shower in this night sky. Aside from his granddaughter, Susan, and an uncle he once mentions, we hear of no other members of his family. When speaking to his companion Victoria Waterfield about her father's death, he says that his family sleeps in his mind, and that it takes an effort for him to remember them. He tells Kathleen Dudman, the future grandmother of his companion Ace, that he is not sure if his family is alive. The Doctor has been only slightly more forthcoming about his childhood. We do know that he lived in a house in the mountains of South Gallifrey, near a hermit. Omega and the Time Lord renegade Salyavin were among his early heroes. He had a boyhood dream of driving a steam engine. His childhood games included conkers, trains, and hopscotch, and his ability with a yo-yo suggests lots of practice. At some time in his childhood, he was accepted at the Prydonian Academy and began the studies which would make him a Time Lord.
Weapons/Powers: The Doctor refuses to wield a weapon, but has a few tools. The Sonic Screwdriver, Psychic Paper, The T.A.R.D.I.S. and his amazing knowledge and wit. Also, regenerates when killed, changing his appearance but making him more or less immortal.

Oliver dashes across the market district of The Universarium, carrying a small chest. Chasing him are the Red Officials, a gang of policeman-looking goons who fight for their mutilated idea of "justice". A shot fires at Oliver's feet, making him pick up speed. "You can't arrest me!" he shouts behind him, irritated. "You're not even real police! Besides, it's not illegal to find treasure that no one else was using!"
Another shot rebounds off the chest. Oliver turns back around and keeps running. "Guess they don't listen to reason," he says to himself.

Bio: Arabella, "Alys", is a runaway noble and an ex-leader of a street gang in a place called Nrrillinthas, where a great Dragon rules as King. The cost of theivery is death by the hand of the Great Dragon Nrrillinthas himself. The cost of quitting the gang is far more brutal, especially as a leader. She was too rebellious for life as a noble, and ran away to the gang when she was thirteen. When she quit the gang, she had nowhere else to go, and so ran to the Universarium in an attempt to save herself.
Weapons/Powers: Alys carries knives on her person at all time and is an extremely skilled theif and fighter.

Cano hears gunshots and wants to see whats going on. He looks up and sees a strange bird flying overhead. He focuses on the energy of the bird and suddenly his body fades from existence and the bird suddenly changes its flight course and heads toward the sound.
The T.A.R.D.I.S. fades into existence with its normal pulsing hum. The Doctor steps out and says "Well, where are we this time? Or place. Or galaxy." He looks around and hears a gunshot. He immediately runs towards it, following his irresistible urge to find trouble.

Oliver sighs. "I guess we have to do things the hard way," he mutters. He tosses the chest in front of him, using it to kick off into the air. The loose sleeves of his jacket stretch out from him, then left one balls up and flies towards one of the goons, throwing a punch square across his face. The man drops unconscious, and the sleeve recoils. Oliver hits the ground running, his right sleeve going back and picking up the chest again.
"Good lordy, these guys are relentless," he says to himself, a bit worried now.

Bird-Cano sees a man jump into the air acrobatically and use some strange technique of using his coat as a weapon. He decides to follow this stranger.
The Doctor runs around a corner, running past a man carrying a chest, running in the opposite direction. Men with guns are chasing him. He turns around and runs with the man. "What is going on here?!" He asks frantically.

Oliver watches as the man keeps up with him. "Nothing terrible. See those fellows chasing me?" he shrugs to the armed men. "They want me dead. All because I found this." he holds up the chest to the Doctor. "Must be incredibly important if the Red Officials are after me for it."

(I fell over when I read that. "What even IS that thing?" "What even is?" "The torch thingy! It's not traditional... FIRE.")
Oliver dodges a fruit stand. "I dunno. Looks valuable, though. Treasure's treasure, right?"
A few more shots land around them. "Alright... these guys are really starting to be a pain in the arse," he mutters annoyed over his shoulder. "Hold this for a second, will you? I have to do something," he says, handing the chest to the Doctor.

((hahahaha he told me about the "what even is" on the way to school xD i laughed xDD Im going to jump in creatively if you dont mind. If you have a problem with it i'll change it, but it makes sense with my character xD))
Arabella saw two men running towards her, followed by Red Officials. One man handed a chest to the second man. They seemed quite preoccupied, and the box had her curious. She jumped out of her hiding place, lunged at the man now holding the chest, slipped the chest from his grasp, and took off in the other direction, around a corner. She kept going. It had been too easy for a theif of her stature. She smirked to herself. Alys, ya still got it! She thought, using her street name.

(No, go right ahead. 's what RP is for, right?)
Oliver blinks as the chest disappears from the Doctor's hands. "Wha--? H-hey!" He shouts at the thief. He looks to the man. "I'm gonna take a detour. You might wanna keep running, though. I wouldn't trust the Red Officials to find you completely innocent in all this, if I were you." With that, Oliver darts down the way the thief ran off. He could still see her ahead, but at the speed he was running, it wouldn't be long. "You! Stop! I found that fair and square!"
His jacket sleeves stretch out along the side of the wall, grabbing the pipes and footholds as it lifts him up. He runs across its surface, finding today to be frustratingly tiresome. "Why? Why is everyone after my treasure?" he mutters grumpily.

Arabella glanced behind her, seeing the boy coming after her quickly, his jacket pulling him along. She picked up her own speed and turned another corner, hoping to lose him.
