 Also starting a Garbage Thread, for those of you who are big fans of their music like myself. I have to say I love their lyrics and I love Shirley Manson's voice, it's so beautiful.Shirley Manson- VocalsDuke Erikson- guitar, bass and the keyboardsSteve Marker- guitar he engages of bass guitar, effects and loopButch Vig- remixesThey've got 4 cds out with some awesome songs, though some of their songs that I like are not on any of their cds (example- Beautiful. Love that song)

I love Garbage. I've seen 'em live twice. Shirley Manson has such a beautiful voice, and they got such a unique sound quite ahead of their time (lots of bands imitating it now with the 80's electronica/new wave mixed with grungey distortions).
And Butch Vig is a man everyone has got to respect for all the albums he ever produced (Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, etc). biggrin

Uhm, Garbage has never released a song called "Beautiful". I think a bunch of people on Limewire tagged it wrong. It's supposed to be by Goldfrapp, I think.
Anyways, I love Garbage. My favorite band.

xXx White Lily xXx doesn't Butch Vig play drums for them too? There was an article about him in 'Rhythm' magazine once.. He probably does, I looked on a site about them but the person who probably made the site didn't know that. Actually, when I saw them playing in concert I think I saw him playing drums.

I would love to see them live and I agree Shirley does have the most beautiful life, she's got natural talent and doesn't do lip singing which I'm thankful for. I've actually noticed that a lot of rock bands don't lip sing, they use their actual talent for concerts, I find a lot of pop singers lip sing which is stupid.
