Judge's Thoughts
(aka: Meacorme being Simon Cowell, Moose Lord being Randy Jackson, Saur being herself, and Reeves being Paula Abdul.
Reeves: HEY! Don't you ever compare me to that drama queen! DAH!)
NOTE FROM MEA: I take it back. MOOSE is Simon Cowell and SAUR is Paula Abdul. Holyshit. Reeves: #1 (Captain Ridiculous) - Very clever; the raccoon and the Scottish elements mix quite nicely. I could do without the arrow, though.Score: 9/10#2 (Crono_Leonhart) - I like this a lot, especially now that it feels complete. The gameshark look is very appealing.Score: 8/10#3 (Lord Narcissus) - This would be a perfect avatar if you had just tossed a few items like the bouquet and the angelic guitar. The black and gold blend beautifully, and that's what you should work for.Score: 8/10#4 (Lyzz the Dark Beast) - Excellent blend of colors and choice of items. I recommend the demon horns be in their small form. Otherwise, good avatar.Score: 9/10#5 (ShadowChocobo) - Unfortunately, this avatar is a little too cluttered for my taste. However, I do like the use of the pendant and the butterfly wings. It's just that it needs to be cleaned up. Score: 6/10#6 (Valarouko) - This avatar has the exact opposite problem as #5; it's just way too simple. I will give credit, however, for the blend of blue and yellow, which is nice in its simplicity. Score: 5/10#7 (Violaceous Vertigo) - This is an excellent avatar. The purple really does well for it, and all the clothing items make a great image. Just lose the bow.Score: 9/10Reeves's Choice: In the end, I think Violaceous is a good choice for the best avatar. She has a fantastic purple look. * * *
Mea - The Female Simon Cowell...but a bit prettier and a tiny bit nicer That's right bitches, I like making my stuff colorful. WARNING: LONG REVIEWS. LONG AND MEAN REVIEWS. and you don't have to care about what I say.#1 (Captain Ridiculous) - Hmm, hmm, me likies. The title definitely fits. It's cute, it matches...although yes, it is mainly the Scottish set. I'm not a huge fan of sets. Sorry, though I still like it. And...the arrow? Um. I like the the arrow, but it doesn't work. Plus the eyepatch, although it looks good, kinda just...sits there without effect. Still, still, STILL, my points are:
7/10#2 (Crono_Leoheart) - For what it is, this really works. The idea is cool, you have the right items, and it all fits. Plus it's pretty damn stylin'. cool However, the gotis are just nooooot doing it for me. Lose em. I also would recommend a different pair of shoes (black) But hey, I'm picky. Snd it's just a teensy bit too plain for Mea's wild tastes. Deal. Mea gives you...
7/10#3 (Lord Narcissus) - The gold and black kicks a**. But you sort of messed up the effect with the anklets, angelic guitar, and solar headdress stuff. Don't get me wrong; there's some gold in those. But the white just distracts (I'm not a huge matcher, but distracting = ew). Ditch those. Oh, and it'd be a good idea to move the parasol down. I'm not a fan of the whole "above the head blocking the hair" thing. I'd say just hold it down closed. Other than that, you got a great start. Mea hands you over a score of...
7/10#4 (Lyzz the Dark Beast) - I. Like. This. Avatar. The colors are very, very nice (I'm not a stickler for matching but hey, it's refreshing). I agree with Reeves on saying "lower the horns". I also think that while you've got those horns in there, maybe you should add a teensy bit more black to balance that out. Oh, and move the fan. Just cause. xDDDD Other than that, nice work. My score is:
8/10#5 (ShadowChocobo) - A bit...random. Don't get me wrong, random is nice. But I'm such a nitpicky person that too much clutter distracts me. I'd say lose the leaf, guitars, and the two animals. Also, I'm not liking the were stuff with it. Maybe just a different pair of shoes and gloves. I do, however, agree with Reeves on liking the wings and pendant. I also like the fox stuff with it (though they're not my favorite items in the world). I say you need to tidy up a bit. Don't worry, Mea still loves you even through her meanness. The score she gives you:
5/10#6 (Valarouko) - Kudos on the matching, but it's just too darn plain. I mean, in Crono's case he had a good reason (he's a cardshark)...but I'm gonna be a b***h and say LIVEN IT UP FOR MEA'S CRAZY MIND. Maybe add some other blue items or yellow items. I mean, the idea is good, but you gotta elaborate. Mea the b***h's score is:
4/10#7 (Violaceous Vertigo) - Of course, the queen of purple. Very nice job. Your items work, and the idea is just plain cute. 2 changes...lose the bow, like Reeves said. And although your hair is light, the stockings just...disrupt the whole kind of dark purple, plain idea. I mean, it's like "flowing deep purple la la la OMG STARS." But I like it. Mea gives you:

But the clip detracts from the color scheme a bit. 3) Lord Narcissus -Self Portrait Overall Flow: 6/10 Color-ness: 5/10 Sauc-ay (Coolness): 7/10 Acsessori-ze!: 8/10 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ TOTAL: 26/40 = 65.0%Comments: Its very tricky to juggle three colors into one avatar. The most important thing to do with a color is to not use the same shade. I notice that you've used the same shade of black everywhere. I'm not sure the parasol works with the avatar. Dropping that would allow you to use that shade of black more often. I suggest using a white colored shirt. Maybe a complex shirt (if those still exist). Your avatar has potential though. I also don't like the fishnet shirt. It stands out too much. I can't tell if it's bareskin or not, but there are two peach colored patches on the thighs of your avatar. They really stand out a lot, maybe covering them up would help. Overall your avatar is simple, but a little bare. Nice job though.
