Death of a City
Story:
A series of murders have taken place in a city not to different from any other, but their nature of the murders is strange. At first the police assumed that the murders were committed by a single individual. But upon closer investigation there were marks at the crime scene, but all of theme were different. It was as if they were claiming their kills.
Before all this chaos Tiandes was a booming city full of progress and promise. Its a small city where most people know one another, and where you could at one time leave your door unlocked even when leaving your safe little cubby in the boonies. But with time comes change, and after years of trust there was finally a dead body to show for the naivety. The city became a far different place after this first spill of blood.
Whoever was the one who killed first got a taste for it after that. The bodies began to pile up, and police didn't have one suspect to show for all their hard work. Finally they decided it was time to make a few phone calls to the bigger departments who in turn sent their best and brightest agents.
These experts have been issued permission to kill on sight, but if they kill an innocent they will be taken off the case, and tried as murderers. But as experts in their fields they know sometimes it better to wait than to act hasty.
Civilians in Tiandale have no choice but to go on with life knowing that in each shadow the threat of death lingers. In the end will the killers be caught? Or will these shadows swallow the city whole?

Rules:
1. To better keep the killers identities a secret it is recommended to hide their name while the murder is happening. While murders are taking place you will not need to keep updates on characters. But later on they may be questioned on that night.
2. Dates need to be listed on the top of the post so that they can be brought up later.
3. If a body is not disposed of by the killer it will be taken to Forensics.
4. Agents can be hunted the same as civilians.
5. You do not need to attack another players civilian, but know that you will need to rp the random civilian. Agents can still be alerted to this murder.
6. When a killer is killed if not known as the killer it is treated as a civilian death. Civilian deaths can land the Agent in jail.
7. Your two non killer civilians can become killers if you choose giving you 4 possible killers.
Rolls:
These rolls are only for the Agents. They will ensure that killers have a fair chance to wreak havoc on the city of Tiandale. They cover the things that the characters would not be able to control. All rolls are made with a 6 face:
Respond Roll: This is the roll that determines if an Agent will be alerted to the murder in progress. Agents will roll a dice and if they get a 5 or higher they will be able to respond.
Jury Roll: This roll with determine if the Jury believes the Agent in court. If the agent scores below a 4 the killer will be determined not guilty unless other circumstances occur.
Forensic Roll: This will determine if the killers DNA is found on the body or at the crime scene. If the roll is 5 or higher DNA will be found. If the correct character is tested you will have to admit it is right. (Two rolls are done for the crime seen and another for the body if available.)
