"My name is Benoit, you may call me Ben. I’m a low level guard at the Blanc castle, but I’d really rather stay behind the lines to take care of the injured."

Benoit was drafted into the Blanc army at 16. He's been there ever since, for the past three years. He's picked up the basics of fighting, of course, and though he hasn't been in any fights to prove it, he thinks he's pretty competent at it. Although, he would prefer to not be fighting. Ever since he was small, he has been taking care of his brothers' and sister's and friends' cuts and scrapes. He'd had hopes of becoming a high ranking physician if it weren't for the draft. Or maybe the draft will help, one can never tell these things.
Benoit has a natural air of grace around him. He walks with stiff posture, and a proud stride. He usually has a smile on his face as well, unless someone's said something particularly cruel, or something to insult one of his loved ones, or his country, especially his country. He is a firm believer that smiles are contagious, and as a hopeful-physician, thinks that they're a good way to head off diseases.
Benoit has a very fashionable taste in clothing, and tries to keep up with the popular high-class trends, though his soldier's paycheck and their strict uniform policies make it fairly difficult. He was, however, allowed to keep his bag that he has had since since he was young. It was his medicine bag that he kept his healing ointment and bandages when he was younger, but has since grown to be his "everything" bag that he keeps handy items in.

 x 1 - Smelling Salts not only cure the Woozy effect but when thrown at the enemy, it causes their attack to miss! One use per item. Only two in possession per character at any on time.
 x 1 - Last Gasp Nectar is a strange elixir that works in very certain circumstances. If you believe that in the next turn you will be defeated, you can gamble on drinking this nectar. If it does so happen that in normal circumstances, the attack from the next turn will cause you to lose the battle, this nectar will negate that damage. You will regain one quarter of your current stamina to continue on in the battle. Should the next turn not actually result in a defeat, the nectar heal three stamina points for you to make one last stand. Limit of two per piece.
 x 2 - Lucky Charm boosts the user's max attack, thus widening the attack range. For the next three turns, the user's max attack gains a boost of +4.
 x 1 - Heavy Rock will, provided you can toss it, allow you to inflict upon your opponent a Rather Large and Uncomfortable Bump on the Head. The bump will cause the opponent to steadily lose consciousness. For the next five turns, opponent will be under the WOOZY effect and lose 1 stamina point at then end of each turn. Effect can be cured with a Smelling Salts. One use per item. One per piece.
