John Cena vs Alberto Del Rio in a "Wait...didn't you LOSE the company title? Why get another shot?" match for the WWE Championship
Winner: Alberto Del Riiiiiiiiiiiiooooooo!!! Not yet, not yet Cena.
CM Punk vs Triple H in a "Well...at least it isn't Nash" match (No DQ, Trips quits as COO if he loses)
Winner: Triple H. Anyone can see this coming.

Winner: Jack Swagger. Seems like they want Swagger to best Mr. Ziggles in this one. Morrison and Riley won't even be a factor.

Yup, might as well get my picks out of the way.
Kelly vs Beth
Another diva's match, but with some more implications behind it. ...Okay, its really just a repeat, but this time, Beth needs the victory.
Winner: Beth Phoenix
Air Boom vs Miz-Truth
Tag title match. Not too important for now, but yeah. Stick with Air Boom.
Winner: Air Boom
Rhodes vs DiBiase
Rhodes has held the title for quite some time now. Granted, it hasn't been as long as Ziggler, but it has been a while, so a changing of the guard is needed. Additionally, I see this as DiBiase's last chance to be relevant. If he loses here, its pretty much game over. With that in mind, I see him getting the title.
Winner: DiBiase
Morrison vs Riley vs Swagger vs Ziggler
Now, in this match, there are too many variables to really gauge how it can turn out. On the one hand, Ziggler could retain, which solves plenty of problems. However, he's building a feud with Swagger, who appears to be getting a face turn of some kind? Getting the title off of him might help fuel that feud.
So do I think Swagger will win it? He very well could, which would add fuel to the feud. However, I feel like they will end up screwing each other over, for some reason or another.
Riley? He's been going strong since he was introduced into the US Title picture, and he's got my money so far. The only drawback is that there isn't much leeway on where he can go after getting the title, especially if they turn Swagger face.
Morrison is flat-out not an option for me, and it pains me to say it. As much as I'd like the guy to take the win, he was introduced into the title picture...what, yesterday? (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) Given time, he could feud for it at the next PPV. Now, though, is not a good time.
Winner: Riley
Orton vs Henry
Now, I would really, REALLY love to side with Henry on this one. The guy has been pushing the complete and utter destruction role for several weeks now, and hasn't lost a step. BUUUUUT. We all know where this is gonna go. Orton will no-sell several WSS's, bring an "out-of-nowhere" RKO, and retain. Isn't it sad when these matches become predictable?
It could also be that Orton doesn't win cleanly. Henry could very well decimate Orton in the ring, and end up being DQ'd. That seems to be the strongest option to me, since A) It wouldn't kill Henry's momentum, and B) it would add fuel to this feud (which it needs).
Winner: Orton (but not by choice)
Cena vs Del Rio
This had very little build going into it (and it didn't help that Del Rio had to return to Mexico to renew his work visa), so Del Rio should pick up the win. Really all I have to say about it.
Winner: Del Rio
Punk vs Trips
No DQ? Anything Goes? Yeah, Punk's screwed, unfortunately.
Winner: Triple H

Phoenix over Kelly Kelly
HHH over Punk - Too many variables for Punk to overcome. I reckon this'll be a pretty good match though.
Here's my prediction for the last two matches:
Ziggler v Riley v Swagger - Triple Threat for the US title
Cody Rhodes vs Ted Dibiasi for the Intercontinental title.

My pick- Beth Pheonix... For obvious reasons...
Air Boom vs Miz-Truth in a "Flying Conspiracy?" match for the Tag titles
My pick- Miz & Truth... I think they actually make a decent Tag Team... They weren't just paired up together to take the Tag Titles off of... The other title holders?

Face- Alex Riley... We all want him too right?
Heel- Swagger, might make for a decent storyline including all 4... More mainly against Dolph though...

I'm pulling for ADR, only one month as Champion just wouldn't seem fair. Although I wouldn't be surprised if its booked as ADR cheating to win, leading Cena to complain about losing ADR cheating, thus another title shot at the next PPV where Cena will win it... -_-

This is a very tough choice... I really want to see CM Punk have a win here, but we all know HHH won't let that happen (When the stipulation of him stepping down from COO it was already a giveaway that HHH was going to win >_> )

I'm liking the Miz-Truth team, but for now I say keep them on Air Boom and hopefully keep a good rivalry going as it could only help all 4 men involved

My Picks - Ziggler or Swagger, mainly because they have a more or less rivalry going it'd help if one had the belt plus Morrison really doesn't make sense in this match whil Riley does if you give him the belt what would he do next afterwards since his current storyline goes with Ziggler and Swagger

No DQ Match, If Triple H Loses, He Must Resign as WWE COO:
-CM Punk vs. Triple H
Pick: Punk...It would be the more shocking outcome, as then someone replaces Hunter, and it'll probably be Johnny Ace. Though, and I know it has zero percent chance of happening, I'd like Shane McMahon to come in as the guy pulling the strings backstage. He could have a legit gripe with Trips too, since he was passed up for owning the family business for a guy who "slept his way to the top." It'd definitely be fun to watch.
WWE Championship Match:
-Alberto Del Rio (c) vs. John Cena
Pick: ADR...I don't think the WWE is stupid enough to take the belt off ADR now when he'd have no legit claim to getting the title back. Give him a solid win at a PPV (which they won't, it's going to be a cheat win).
WWE World Championship Match:
-Randy Orton (c) vs. Mark Henry
Pick: Henry...I know Orton's going to win, and he's going to do it without breaking a sweat, but ******** it. I'm saying Henry because he deserves to win after these past few months. The guy's almost out anyway. If anything, put the belt on Henry, then have Sheamus come in and get his revenge to end the big man's career. This way, you put over someone who actually needs it as opposed to just stroking the ego of one a*****e who doesn't.
WWE Tag Team Title Match:
-Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne (c's) vs. The Miz and R-Truth
Pick: AirBoom...We're going to see more heel teams than face teams, which means we'll need a strong face team with credibility.
WWE Divas Championship:
-Kelly Kelly (c) vs. Beth Phoenix
Pick: Beth...Is she loses twice to this t**t, then WWE's women's division is dead.
Fatal Four-Way Match For The U.S. Title:
-Dolph Ziggler (c) vs. John Morrison vs. Alex Riley vs. Jack Swagger
Pick: JoMo...Riley's still too green to be the top of the mid carders and I think they're going to go with a tag team for Swagger and Ziggler. JoMo's been on the cusp of getting his main event shot, but it's kind of crowded right now, so instead of being just another mid carder, at least this way, he'd get some respect.
WWE Intercontinental Title Match
-Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Ted DiBiase
Pick: Ted...Cody's had that belt for the longest time it seems like (or maybe that's just me), but considering SD needs heels, I figure now would be a "good time" for him to enter the main event (i.e. get destroyed by Orton).
