Technically you can insert anything into fountains too, it's just some things will get you arrested. Like if you were to insert babies into a fountain.
(So is it that whoever posts after you decides what you get, and then throws in coins of their own?)

You're going to have a hard time coming up with stuff eventually, you know, and you're not always going to be here to hand out stuff. The ToS guild has one like this that's at 40+ pages, I think, and they use the system where the next poster gives the previous poster something.
