Whenever I come home i feel this strain on me, its really uncomfortable. im thinking of moving. and whenever i stop walking i feel hands on me, and touching and caressing and its creepy. sometimes its comforting, but when i woke up in the night from being hugged so tight i couldnt at all move im suspicious of the presence since it feels like more than one person. sometimes male, but most of the time female. I generally know im susceptibile to these things, but its getting out of hand. opinions? what to do? how to find out whats going on in my house? neutral

Based on your description, it's probably ghosts. Sometimes they are bound to a certain place, but not always. You could move and the ghosts would follow you. So that solution might work, but might not.
The most efficient solution is to ignore them, and they'll get bored. They amuse themselves with your reaction. However... I know, truly ignoring them is easier said than done.

I know, truly ignoring them is easier said than done. definitely not bound to a certain place cause they followed me to pickering :/ i sometimes think its shadow people XD or i can even pull up memories from people accidentally and their lives would run through my mind like they were in the room itself, but this time its not the case. im 50/50 on shadow people vs. ghosts on this one

um im not sure what to think if its a ghost how is it touching you?
maby it like likes you and that why it keeps touching you as for iy hugging you
tightly mabey you could ask it to be more gentle when doing such things so it more comfortable for you.
um is it being there that makes you uncomfortable or the area your in?
and what is the object you cursed suppose to do? why did you chose to do that?
