Hold your horses. Don't get too excited just yet. Notice how the pictures of the magazine is in Japanese. Not only that, but it doesn't even have screen shots. So I hate to burst your bubble, but "Winter this year" is NOT happening. We'll be lucky to even get it Winter next year, if at all.

Yes this is all very exciting, and we all should have known it was coming out. However, we didn't get the last Monster Hunter game, MH 3rd, which was even released on the PSN. So, we need to wait untill they announce something in english. Otherwise, the US might be missing out, yet again.

Only if the 3Ds sales stay on the incline. Most likely doesn't mean definitely will. Besides, there are not any screen shots posted, so we don't even know what stage of development it is in. Regardless, we're going to have to wait over a year before we get it. Right now it is still on the drawing board, so a lot can change.

ive seen a few screenshots on the monster hunter wiki it looks good, not to bad, and has info on the flagship monster, it seems to be a brute wyvern and possibly the first one that does not have useless arms nd uses some kind of plasma/goo. http://monsterhunter.wikia.com/wiki/Burakidiosu

my words for this are Holy, and s**t, Shadow of the Colossus style acrobatics and fighting, fully destructible environments, hopefully from what it seemed that was game play, and how its gonna be, that is some crazy style and i really really want this game. It looks good new mechanics, this will be a really interesting step in a new direction, but for this the thing im most excited about, is those destructible environments.

It does look like it's going to be great. There's no word of a Western release, though. However, that doesn't mean much since Nintendo consuls are more popular here than the PSP was. So, there is still a chance we'll get it. Just not anytime soon.

In all truth i'll be happy as long as we get it. The wait is fine, as long as i know that we will be getting the game. As well it will be another game that makes me want to get a 3DS.

Even more Monster Hunter Goodness. I don't know if Japan is getting 1 big game, or two. Hopefully we get atleast 1 of them.

So after watching the trailer it seems to be the most interactive MH yet, but... Would the controls and such really work on the 3DS as it did with the PSP? I enjoy the fact that what looks like the character being able to ride the monsters, attack, etc, but to me it just feels like MH belongs on the PSP. We didn't get P3, which sucked hard, and Capcom is really iffy about giving us MH at all now.
Plus the 3DS is still about $200-$300 no? Then the PSP Vita( question ) is supposed to come out late this year or some time in the summer, but that would be around the same time any MH news came out too...

I'm not hating, I've been considered getting a 3DS and this made me highly want to confirm that buy, but all that mula! lol

Did you guys know that MH3DS doesn't have online gameplay? Apperently in Japan, Local gameplay is all that's needed to sale a game.

So, if we do get it, it will have to be reworked a little first, otherwise it will fail.
