[This thread will be moved to "memories" on 9.12.11]To honor the 10 year anniversary, I would like everyone to post where you were on 9.11.01. If you don't remember than just saying something to contribute to this honor would be appreciated! Questions: Where were you on 9.11.01?

I was in 7th-8th grade. My father was on the other side of the Pentagon.
I was in tears. I thought he was dead.

I am not quite sure where I was, I was just a small child, so I do not really remember. I am glad that they killed Mr. Osama though...

I was four or three, and I was sitting in my room with my barbies waiting for my older sister to come home from kindergarten where she would tell me about what she learned. I remember my dad cooking me a grilled cheese when it happened and said we had to pick her up. I didn't know why I just knew my sister was coming home, I thought it was so I wouldn't be lonely. I didn't actually figure out 9/11 until I was in first grade when I saw on my teacher's shelf a book written by kids I think the title was: A week after the twin towers. Or something o.o

I was 4 years old and probably asleep. My uncle was supposed to go there, to go to see it, it's lucky he didn't.

I was in daycare when it happened. I don't remember pretty much anything. But today, my parents talking about it, and the news, it's just so overwhelming. Al these news shows, on like, every single station. I believe that that day, it brought the world together, but mostly New York. Those people banded together to help save those in peril. And it worked. Mostly. Three Thousand people died that day.
Hopefully not in vain. Rest In Peace.

I was just a little child, so I don't remember much. I just remember the day after my birthday, my mom was crying. May the souls lost on that tragic day rest in peace.
