As a big fan of the MR series, I was a bit disappointed in Max, Fang, and Angel, the three newest books of the series. They seem like copies of Twilight, that in which made it extremely painful to read and see the characters go from very elaborate to flat, uninteresting. Undeveloped.
I'd like to know what you guys would think. I am in no way saying I hate the series, I just think that the last three books could've been far better.

i think he's just either getting bored with the series and doesnt know wat to do with it anymore oooor because this generations amount of teenagers are reading love books, such as twilight, thats what he's aiming for now with his series. Or he could just be lacking that love in his life so he puts it all into his books to fill the big hole in his heart. but that's just my opinion, i could be completely wrong about everything..?

I think he's putting too much time and energy into his work, but Daniel X and W&W are about the same. He usually have co-authors, I think they're the ones to blame about it.

Yeah, both had me hooked for a while and then I just lost it. I'm a fan of his adult novels, however.

I got mad at JP for what happened in Fang and I got more mad at him at Angel. Because I liked Fax being Canon.
