Your focus is on illusion techniques. You learn genjutsu techniques 25% faster. (-25% word count)
Bonus: Your illusions can not be canceled with Release.
Example: Kurenai, Tayuya
You are considered talented at medical techniques. Maybe it's your compassion or your dedication to preserving life- whatever the reason, your skills will be a valuable asset to ANY team! You learn all medical techniques 25% faster. (-25% word count)
Bonus: You can chose to start with Mystical Palm Technique. However if you chose to do this, you can only start with that and "All Academy Techniques" (nothing else). If you decide not to take it off the bat, you may train it at any point if you chose not to. (Rank A)
Note: Only Medical Type can learn the Mystical Palm Technique
Example: Sakura and Tsunade
You are focused on one jutsu. When learning (or inventing!) new techniques derived from it, you learn them 50% faster! (-50% word count)
Bonus: You are more skilled in that technique than anyone else! (Note: You may not focus in a bloodline, though you may focus on a bloodline technique.)
Examples: Naruto (Clone Technique)
You are generally skilled. Most people call you a “genius” but you know it takes hard work to get anywhere. You learn all techniques 10% faster. (-10% word count)
Bonus: You can attempt to learn any technique regardless of rank. (Use at your peril! The word count increases!)
Example: Neji and Sauske
A perception type ninja is a type of ninja who is capable of detecting the presence of other people through their chakra though one means or another. A skilled sensor can detect their targets from a great distance, as well as identify signature chakra alone. You learn all Sensor techniques 50% faster. (-50% word count)
Bonus: You can sense chakra flawlessly. (Identify who it is, tell if they are lyin, ect)
Requirement: You must be able to sense chakra.
Example: Karin, Ao, Fū, and Shī
You have been trained to use puppets as your primary weapon. You can craft puppets 25% faster. (-25% word count)
Bonus: You can control multiple puppets at once! This is to complex for a non-puppet user to do!
Example: Sasori, Chiyo, Kankuro
Some ninja are cut out for things greater than simply doing missions and bowing at the feats of their superiors. You learn all techniques 10% faster. (-10% word count)
Bonus: Prior to a mission, you receive a special little something based on your source of influence. It might be the location of a back door. It might be the option to pay the guards to take the night off. Hell, it might even be intel on enemy ninja!
Example: Danzo, Madara
Drawn to the darkness, you've crossed the line and learned a forbidden technique. With the taste of power still in your mouth- you hunger for more. You learn Forbidden Techniques faster. (-25% word count) but all others take more time to learn. (+10% word count)
Bonus: You can chose to start with an A or S rank Technique. If you chose an S-Rank technique, you learn normal techniques at an even slower rate! (+25%!)

Requirements: You must have played a character in Narutoverse before!
Your focus is on Sage Arts. You learn senjutsu techniques 25% faster. (-25% word count)
Bonus: You can learn sage techniques as a chunin.
Example: Naruto, Fukasaku & Shima, Jiraiya
The Sentinel is the unseen shadow, the meaning between the lines. Observation and reporting back to their superiors is their main objective, even at the expense of their entire team. The mission is everything.
Bonus: Sentinels may start off with the A-rank chakra cloaking technique and this technique only.
