You can always put in multiple applications. Personally, I'd wait to see what each room's theme is, or go with someone you know you enjoyed working with!
We're accepting applications now, BTW.

The problem is I haven't worked with anybody before silver... crying
I think I will wait for themes to be decided, I don't want to be a co-host persay, just an RPer.

Cohosts are, more or less, RPers that just help out the main hosts. If you want to just RP, but not really run contests, that's fine. You could even ask to be given a somewhat minor role.
I assume this is your first year? If that's the case, just jump in. Until you start working with someone, you're not going to know anyone for future balls.
Hopefully the themes for each room will be announced soon.
