So this event is finally here along w/the release of the October issue of Nintendo Power.
To Befriend this Pokemon you'll need the Password that comes w/the October issue of Nintendo Power.
Don't worry tho, I've managed to get this Password to help Everyone get their very own Banette.
The Password is: NPCHARACTER
All you need to do is simply Login to your PGL Acc, then at the bottom right click "Promotions", and after that look for the "Get Ready for Halloween with Banette!" and then enter the Password. Follow the easy instructions and you'll have your Banette in no time. cool
