Chadwick Markroft III's 15-acre home property, separate from his family's much larger main home located several miles away.
Exterior: A large four-story Victorian-craft redbrick Manor nestled in the center of a flat valley of sprawling green grass, an elongated U-shaped marble parkway surrounded on the outer rim with small white oak trees leading to the tall 15-step white stone stair, obelisk-style columns holding aloft the large brick awning, a white gothic-patterned doorway leading to the inside, windows and windowsills patterned after those of Enlightenment-era west-European castles. In the back yard, a long tennis court, and an industrial-sized in-ground swimming pool with adjacent in-ground jacuzzi, as well as an outdoor kitchen and a mason-lain fireplace beside the jacuzzi. Outside the West Wing's exitway, in a kennel, are kept Chadwick's two thoroughbred horses, a silver stallion and a light-red mare.
Interior:
Entry Hallway: A short hallway forking off to different areas of the Manor. To the left is the main Living Room and West Wing, to the right is the hall leading to the East Wing, and straight ahead leads to the Kitchen, Dining Hall, and doorway into the backyard. On the left directly after walking inside is a large coat closet, and upon the floor a simple Welcome Mat.
East Wing: The Sleeping Quarters and Restrooms are located down this long hallway. Chadwick's Master Bedroom is located at the farthest end of the hall on the right, five guest bedrooms dot along the remainder of the wall, and four guest bathrooms as well.
Master Bedroom: Chadwick's large King-size gothic-style bed lies at the far end of the room under the largest window, crafted from smoothed cherrywood and dressed in dark-blue bedsheets and drapings. A large flat-screen high-definition television sits mounted to the wall adjacent to the entry door, and on the floor next to the bed has been prepared a smaller full-size bed for the comfort of the future pet/slave. A large chest of drawers looms against the wall between the pet/slave's bed and the entrance to the bathroom, and the spacious walk-in closet provides ample room for clothing. The Master Bathroom is completely ceramic-tiled along the floors and walls, and has a silver bathtub set up three feet from the floor in a marble insert with mini-steps carved in, a small wall-inserted faux-fireplace mounted several feet above it, and as well a doorless entry a few feet from the tub which curves around to reveal a shower area.
The Living Room: A sunken-style living space, which contains two large u-shaped couches which fittedly cover along portions of the wall, a larger TV than in the Master Bedroom has been set up with a small gaming station's worth of systems and games for multiple guests. As well, two mini-fridges stocked with drinks in one and snack foods in the other sit off to the left of the TV.
West Wing: The Servants' Quarters are down this hallway, the Maids' and Butlers' rooms kept on separate sides, as well as the Guardsmen's Quarters and the Trainer's Quarters.
Dining Hall: An elongated table to seat 72 sits draped elegantly across the center of the room, three chandeliers dotting the ceiling above it, and a small entryway into the Kitchen lies behind the Master's Seat.
