“I wrote so many songs on this new album about New York City, but one in particular Marry The Night that record is about my husband, New York…” Lady Gaga told MTV before the album release. "Marry The Night" is Lady Gaga's 5th single off her multi-platinum album, 'Born This Way'. "Marry The Night" was produced by Fernando Garibay.
The Thing With This Song Is Its One Of Her Favorite Tracks. It Was To Be The Lead Single But The High Demand For The Parent Track Became The First. She Had A Vote On The Next Single With 'Marry The Night' 'Judas', 'The Edge Of Glory', And 'Hair'. 'Judas' Was Picked Pushing It Back Further. She Then Released Two Promotional Tracks. 'The Edge Of Glory' And 'Hair' The First Mentioned Had High-Selling Performance, Making Her Have It As The Third Single. 'Marry The Night' Was Pushed Back Again. Her Last Single Was Kept A Secret Until She Revealed On Her Own That She Chose 'You And I'. It Seemed As If 'Marry The Night' Was Never Going To Be A Single, Until She Announced It. This Cuts Speculation That 'Bloody Mary', 'Scheiße', Or 'Government Hooker' Would Be Her Next Single.

DAMNIT!!!! I was really hoping that either Heavy Metal Lover or Bad Kids would be the next one. I'm pretty sure Marry the Night is going to be the last single until the next album too. crying
