Is there a sub-forum for general chit chat? Or is it okay to start threads like that in the main forum? Stuff like questions about if there are any writers here that also like pencil and dice role-playing games like Pathfinder or D&D? Or discussing other hobbies?

The main forum is fine for general chat, if needed a forum will be made specifically for general chat, however for the time being the main forum is the place for that.

Yeah, the reason for that is because we had a "Procrastination subforum" and nobody posted in it -- well, barely any. @________@ Besides, if you're in the guild you're probably procrastinating anyway. Haha!
And the main forum last year was mostly general chit chat, so I'm keeping it that way (makes the main forum more active and such ect.)
There's a thread in here that answers all the subforums' purpose. 3nodding But, eh, if someone misplaces a thread it can be moved. Not a big deal. <3
