Hey, guys. My brother is doing a Nuzloke run on his Daimond, and his birthday was coming up, so I was thinking about giving him a rotom, his favorite pokemon... so, my question is... for a nuzloke, are gift pokemon okay or not?

Gifts are alright. It can be counted as a gift Pokemon from a friend/family. Or you might just wanna ask him about his rules since... ...Some nuzlockers don't accept gift Pokemons.

There are only 2 rules to really abide by, the rest is optional. I usually box my dead Pokemon and possibly reuse them after I completed or failed my Nuzlocke run (or not, depends on my mood). I went with the one gift per run rule, but it's all up to you.
