So I can only use Ghost, Dark, Psychic, Fighting, and Poison types, along with any Rotom form. I pulled together a team already but I'm not really sure about it. Here is what I got:
Stall breaker Crobat - Timid
Inner Focus - Leftovers
EV - HP/Def/Spe
Taunt
Super Fang
Toxic
Air Slash
Isn't built offensively and I'm unsure if I can actually 2HKO with it using Super Fang and then Air Slash. No Roost, so it doesn't have any recovery either. Almost useless in the face of Ghost types, mostly going to use against fighting types, would like to test against a Conkeldurr.
Chandelure - Modest
Flash Fire - Choice Scarf
EV - SpA / Spe
Fire Blast
Shadow Ball
Energy Ball
(Flame Charge)
Moves fast, hits harder. Not sure what to replace Flame Charge with, but I could possibly use it to feign not having choice, really not sure how that would work though. Sucker Punch stops this Pokemon dead however, and opposing Chandelure's and Jellicent's will make things difficult if they switch into a Fire Blast. Otherwise, there isn't much stopping Chandelure other then Hydreigon and Latias/Latios (Scarf).
Toxicroak - Adamant
Dry Skin - Leftovers
EV - HP / Atk
Bulk Up
Substitute
Drain Punch
Sucker Punch
This Pokemon will allow me to switch into Jellicent trying to attack with Water Spout or Scald, can easily set up and start destroying anything that switches in. Sucker Punch pretty much covers one half of the Pokemon in the tournament and Drain Punch covers the other. If I'm suspecting someone to stall with support moves, more Bulk Ups for me.
Latios - Timid
Levitate - Choice Scarf
EV - SpA / Spe
Draco Meteor
Surf
Hidden Power (Fire)
Psyshock
Only Sucker Punch, Pursuit, and Ice Shard stop Latios, not sure if I should be expecting Weavile to appear on a team as a revenge killer, it will be this Pokemon's bane.
Gallade - Adamant
Steadfast - Life Orb
EV - Atk / Spe
Swords Dance
Close Combat
Ice Punch
Shadow Sneak
If I can manage to set up a Swords Dance, Shadow Sneak will murder the majority of Ghost and Psychic types. Not much can stand up against 700+ attack.
Zoroark - Naive
Illusion - Life Orb
EV - SpA / Atk / Spe
Dark Pulse
Focus Blast
Flamethrower
Sucker Punch
I plan to use Illusion to feign Toxicroak, both Pokemon are very dangerous, and if the opponent guesses wrong, game over.
There are a lot of threats among these few types that I am worried about however and I am unsure how to tackle them or switch into them. My team could probably use a bit of tweaking as well, I feel very insecure with only a couple pseudo tanks to take hits for me. Hydreigon can punch holes into my team if I fail to predict, Honchcrow has the potential to punch holes in my team if given the chance, Latias is a scary contender as well, even Tyranitar can switch in and start stamping out some of my Pokemon with ease. Feed back is welcome, could use some assistance covering all my bases.
