mrgreen i have recently got maxed out melee combat levels and hitpoints so if anyone has any questions....its (P2P) Armored zombies, bandits, spiders, monkey guards in that order of best xp. bandits afking with bunyip is effective since you dont need to repair guthans armor but bring a set just incase you cant use yips. thats the best advice i can give you next to only check your xp at the "end" of a "trip" so you dont get all suicidal and kill yourself because it takes forever <---motivational poster.
in other light, erm news, if F2P then spiders all the way (the red ones in barbarian outpost stronghold). fish your own salmon and trout or pick up at the spots and cook them at the fire in the helmet shop. simple and best and in my opinion "ONLY GOOD F2P XP", its good in F2P but not of all..obviously.
