Are a complete waste of time.
I could be doing something else while procrastinating on homework, but NOOOOO. I'm stuck listening to this annoying and retarded wannabe techno music while waiting for someone to tell me how to fix my phone.

I don't think it's under warranty, but I switched my plan the other day and then they cancelled the other one, making it so I had no service, but I can't use the new one until I have money on my account or whatever, so I tried to do that online, but my card got rejected or something and then I checked my bank statement and it said it went through like five times, so I called them to make sure it didn't and they tried to help me have it go through and then they were like "We need to verify your identity" so they ask me a million questions and then they try to call my bank, but it's closed and then then they told me to email them a picture of my ID. x.x
and they just tried to call me back, but I accidentally hit the end call button. FML.

If it said the payment went through, you should try and use the phone... If you've already tried that, and it won't work, you may have to wait until tomorrow, and call then. I'm using Bank of America, and I'm closing my account next month....guaranteed.

That's why I called them! To make sure five of the same thing didn't go through xD
They said it didn't, which is why they were trying to make it so that it did.
Then he said he would call me back when he got it to go through. He called, but I hit end call.
BUT MY PHONE WORKS AGAIN! : D
