All Ruos start off as eggs. Wait a week or so and out pops a cute baby! Wait another few weeks and you have a child. But from there things aren't so simple. From there you have to grow your Ruos. Growing requires 2 things: RP and Art.
All art must be won in the normal way through raffles, bribing periods, or open shop slots.
All RP requirements must be completed before you can quest for the Art to grow your Ruos. All RP requirements are set back to 0 once the next growth is obtained. Previous RPs do not count toward the new requirements.
Current RP requirements to grow an egg to a baby are:
None. Your egg will hatch in a few days to a week.
Current RP requirements to grow a baby to a child are:
None. Your baby will grow in about two weeks.
Current RP requirements to grow a child to an Adult are:
Five RPs. - 5 regular, 4 battle, and 1 solo
Current RP requirements to grow an Adult to an Elder are:
6 regular RPs, 7 battles, and 2 solos
be active in the shop **
Current RP requirements to grow an Elder to a God are:
6 regular RPs, 10 battles, and 4 solos.
Thread and guild activity
Metaplot Participation.
Once you have fulfilled the requirements you can PM the mule with a message Titled "growing request" containing a link to your journal. Be sure to log all RPs and Battles so they can be counted. We will not go hunting for them.
IM logs can be used as RP points but you must be able to provide the logs!
Regular RPs can be swapped in for Solos at a rate of 1 to 1 but nothing can substitute for battle RPs.

Q and A: [Q]: What is a regular RP?
[A]: A regular RP is any roleplay in the guild or otherwise in which a scene is played out by at least 2 characters from beginning to end. Written in paragraph format.
[Q]: What is a solo?
[A]: A solo is any roleplay that one person writes describing their character only in a scene from beginning to end. (ie exploring a cave, taking some time off, playing, thinking, etc). To count it must be at least 250 words.
[Q]: What is a battle RP?
[A]: Battle RPs are battles between characters that involve the attacks you picked in your quest. They should be in the battle forum and should include RP reactions and posts along with your dice rolling. See HERE
[Q]: Why can't anything substitute for battle RPs?
[A]: Because that's what has been decided by the main hosts.
[Q]: Why can't I substitute solo RPs for regular ones?
[A]: Because roleplaying with yourself is a bit redundant the goal is to create relationships between your charater and others.
[Q]: What if I have 2 characters that I want to RP together. Does it count as a regular RP or a solo?
[A]: It counts as a solo for both characters toward their growth requirements so long as the solo is at least 500 words and both characters contribute to the scene equally.
[Q]: What is paragraph format?
[A]: Paragraph format uses complete sentences and does not denote actions with **, [], (), or {}. All spoken words get put properly in "" and proper punctuation and spelling is used.
[Q]: That sounds hard.
[A]: Not at all! Spell check is your friend. Paragraphs are at least five sentences, usually 7-10. If you're having trouble please refer HERE for help. Forget the stuff about indentation. It's not necessary.
