You know this is tempting me to go on a vacation lol.
The current Vice has notified me of an absense for a while, not sure when she'll finally become active.

Remind me to consider this in a week. If you mean switch around who is the vice, I think you're the most active and responsible candidate Badger.
She's posted a little recently so it seems she might become active enough. Plus she donated.

Nope you can only have 1 captain. think you can have as many vices and crew as you feel you need.
check the captains guild.
