Rules to Purchase:
There are rules, in order to buy a volume of a tech manual. They are as follows:
- The player buying a manual must have consumed the devil fruit needed to use the techniques they are purchasing.

Universal Manual: Logia Phasing - 250,000 Beli Technique Name: Logia Phasing: Beginner Description: The user can now turn their entire body into their element making them virtually immune to physical harm by conventional means. Any attack will simply pass through or be absorbed harmlessly into their body, which depending on the type of element can even cause the attack to backfire on the attacker. A Logia user can be shattered, split, or otherwise separated into multiple parts, sometimes down to the size of dust, and reform without injury. However, the user MUST be aware of the attack. Sneak attacks or attacks that come at the logia user too fast can not be phased since the user has no time to react. Requirements: 500,000 Exp Point Count Cost: 10
Universal Manual: Logia Phasing: Mastery - 500,000 Beli Technique Name: Logia Mastery Description: The user has mastered their logia phasing ability to the point where its an instinctual reflex. They no longer have to see the attack coming to phase it. The user can now turn their entire body into their element making them virtually immune to physical harm by conventional means. Any attack will simply pass through or be absorbed harmlessly into their body, which depending on the type of element can even cause the attack to backfire on the attacker. A Logia user can be shattered, split, or otherwise separated into multiple parts, sometimes down to the size of dust, and reform without injury. Universal Manual: Logia Element Form - 750,000 Beli Technique Name: Logia Element Form Description: The user fully masters their fruit power and element learning to become their element, breaking their human form. In this form the user can produce massive quantities of their element quickly, they are however, still affected by Bushoshoku haki in this state or other types of attacks relate to haki based attacks. This form can be held for 10 posts max and can be used once a fight. (Note: Logia Element Form is a customized tech. Each fruit will have a different variation of their element form so the effects will be different as well. This tech only allows the user to learn Logia Element Form. The user must create a custom tech incorporating Logia Element Form to use it to its full extent.) Requirements: 1,500,000 Exp Point Count Cost: 20
Universal Manual: Logia Element Shift - 1,250,000 Beli Technique Name: Logia Element Shift Description: Allows a logia user the shift their basic element to another type relating to their elemental. For example, The Hie Hie no Mi (Chill Chill Fruit) could create dry ice with this shift, or another aspect that "Chill" or Ice can correspond with. Each shift is personal to the user and their logia fruit. The user can only maintain the element shift for 10 posts and can only use this once a fight. Requirements: 2,000,000 Exp Point Count Cost: 20
Note: Logia Shift is a customizable technique. The user, when creating their element shift, must state their element shift and they must be approved by a moderator.
Universal Manual: Controlled Logia Element Shift - 1,500,000 Beli Technique Name: Controlled Logia Element Shift Description: The user can now switch between their basic element powers and their shift element powers at will. Requirements: 2,500,000 Exp Point Count Cost: 25
Universal Manual: Advanced Phasing - 2,000,000 Beli Technique Name: Advanced Phasing Description: An advanced method of logia phasing which allows the user to actually remain as their element when hit with haki-based attacks that would normally cause harm to their real bodies. This phasing permits them to phase as normal, however they'd still feel the pain caused by the attack based on its severity and they still take fatigue based damages. However, the significant upside to this is they can not be permanently maimed [I.E losing a limb or eye from haki attacks] and they gain a 20% damage reduction to themselves on all attacks, including their natural element-based weaknesses. Requirements: 3,000,000 Exp Point Cost: 25

[Moku Moku no Mi Technique Book]
Quote: Technique Name: White Out Description: The user shoots clouds of normal smoke from his arms and uses them to engulf his opponent, then makes the smoke dense to trap them inside. This attack can be used to ensnare many people at the same time. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Smoke Strike Description: The user shoots a cloud of dense smoke from his arms to blast his opponent hard. After striking, he can then trap his opponent as with the White Out attack. He has another variation of this attack where he turns only one arm (except his fist) into smoke and launches the fist at his opponent as a long-range punch. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi & White Out Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Smoke Snake Description: The user launches a long "snake" of dense smoke from his hand that he makes follow the opponent until it hits and grabs them. This is sometimes followed by him thrashing his foe around. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Point Count Cost: 10 points
Technique Name: Smoke Spark Description: The user transforms his whole body into a cloud of dense smoke and charges at the opponent. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Smoke Stack Description: The user transforms into a spiraling column of smoke to trap his enemies or to grab an airborne target. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Smoke Launcher Description: The user transforms himself into smoke and launches himself at his opponent, then re-solidifies and pins his opponent down Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Point Count Cost: 15 points
Technique Name: Smokescreen Description: The user turns completely into smoke and engulfs a small portion of the field in smoke. The opponent can move freely in the smoke, but cannot escape by normal means. The user can literally appear and disappear in this smokescreen. This technique can be used once then the user must wait for 6 self posts. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Point Count Cost: 15 points
Technique Name: Smoke Speed Form Description: The user turns their lower body into smoke, allowing them to hover and travel at faster speeds, increasing their speed by +20 while maintaining this form. When hit, they revert back to their original form, until they change back. Form can be held for 5 posts at a time. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Stat Count Cost: 10
Technique Name: White Flight Description: By turning her body or just lower body into smoke the user can fly, this also can greatly enhance his movement and speed. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Point Cost: 1
Technique Name: Typhoportation Description: The user can shift into smoke and move quickly around the area akin to teleportation via smoke. Not to be confused with logia phasing. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Point Cost: 1
Technique Name: Twin White Cannon Description: The user emits smoke from both of their hands creating two cannon ball size orbs of really dense smoke one floating in each of their palms which they can then launch towards their target(s) like being shot from two cannons. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Point Cost: 5
Technique Name: White Wall Description: The user creates a large amount of smoke from their hands which by increasing the density they can use it as a shield. The durability is equal to the users defense Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Point Cost: 5
Technique Name: White Barrage Description: The user grasps their hands together in front of themself, then turns them into smoke and launch’s numerous beams, each being a White Blow (unlike white blow, each fist is also turned into dense smoke) towards their target(s) with a barrage of white blows. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi, White Blow Point Cost: 10
Technique Name: White Fist Description: The user turns their fist into smoke as they punch towards the target, sending a very large column of very dense smoke towards her target. Damage is Strength + 25% of Spirit. This is the Moku's version of the Mera’s Fire Fist and being equal in power. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Point Cost: 15
Technique Name: White Tiger Description: The user launches a wave of highly dense smoke from their hand which takes the same of a large white tiger head which is launched towards a target or object to cause a high amount of destructive blunt damage to whatever it hits. The durability is equal to the users Strength upon creation. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi, White Blow Point Cost: 15
Technique Name: White Fog Description: The user is able to emit smoke from their body which allows them to quickly cover the immediate area in smoke, just like its name the area mostly resembles a large dense fog only navigators would be able to see the difference. Anyone caught in White Fog will have their accuracy reduced by 15% with only the user being able to move easily in it. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Point Cost: 15
Technique Name: White Room Description: The user fills a confined area with billowing smoke. The user then uses White barrage, firing smoke fists from all directions at the target(s). This technique can be used once per battle. This technique only works indoors. Requirements: Know White Fog & White Barrage Point Cost: 15
Technique Name: White Sky Description: While the user is airborne, they can generate a thick smoke around their body, disguising themself as a cloud. The user can freely maneuver as they would during White Flight. Requirements: Know White Flight Point Cost: 5
Technique Name: White Bullet Description: The user fires six small condensed smoke bullets at their target. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Point Cost: 5
Technique Name: Smoke Escape Description: The user bursts into a large plume of smoke in order to avoid an attack. This can only be used three times a fight. Requirements: Moku Moku no Mi Point Cost: 5

Technique Name: Blaze Kick Description: The user's legs light on fire as they kick the opponent. Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Heat Haze Description: When being attacked, the user can ignite their body on fire so that the attacker gets hurt. The user then shoots flames at the opponent. Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Fire Fist Description: The user's fist ignites on fire as they punch the opponent, sending a large column of fire towards his target. Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Fire Gun Description: Pointing the index and middle fingers of both hands at an opponent like guns, the user turns their fingertips into flames and shoots bullets made of fire at them. Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Flame Commandant Description: The user amasses a large amount of flames around his body (usually by first swinging his outstretched hand around him, summoning the flames) in preparation for an attack. Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Fire Pillar Description: The user shoots the collected flames straight upward, destroying a target above him. It can also be fired downwards to clear any enemies that might be below him while he's in mid-air. (Must perform Flame Commandant prior to attack.) Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi & Flame Commandant Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Firefly Fire Description: The user creates many small, glowing greenish fireballs that float around an enemy then ignite engulfing anything around them in flames. The idea behind this attack's name is that before he attacks with them, the small fireballs look like fireflies in the air. Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi & know Fire Gun Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Flame Blast Description: The user creates a large amount of fire, which he can shoot at the opponent or use as a shield. Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi Point Count Cost: 10 points
Technique Name: Pyro Tornado Description: The user's entire body catches fire, as the user spins around, creating a temporary tornado that surrounds their body, then the user can project the tornado, sending it towards their opponent or whichever way they choose. Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi Point Count Cost: 10 points
Technique Name: Body Flame Description: The user's whole body lights on fire and the user seems to disappear within the flame. This will also allow the user, when his body is on fire, to burn any opponent. Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi and know all other Mera Mera no Mi moves taught by Ace Point Count Cost: 10 points
Technique Name: Fiery Doll Description: After using Firefly Fire to send the fireballs floating around in proximity with the enemy, The user sends them all flying into the target(s) all at once, burning them. Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi & know Firefly Fire Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Mysterious Light at Sea Description: The user hurls long lances made out of fire. The lances have the combined effect of simultaneously burning an opponent while piercing them. Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Cross Fire Description: The user puts their index fingers together in a cross shape before launching a cross-shaped column of fire directly at the opponent causing a great amount of fire damage. Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi & know Mysterious Light at Sea Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Great Flame Commandment: Flame Emperor Description: An extremely powerful move where the user summons great spiraling flames centered on their location before amassing it at a focused point then they create a gigantic fireball resembling the sun and hurl it at the opponent to try to obliterate them. Anything hit by this ball will burn instantly and be obliterated. This takes one post to charge and can be used once a day. Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi & know all other Mera Mera Techs Point Count Cost: 15 points
Technique Name: Mirror Flame Description: The user releases a firewall to block off an opponents attack. Can be used twice a fight. Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Flaming Net Description: The user creates a circle of fire around a selected area, preventing anyone from entering or leaving it. The user can also project the Flaming net towards targets, making it hard to evade Requirements: Mera Mera no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points

[Suna Suna no Mi Technique Book]
Quote: Technique Name: Desert Dagger Description: The user forms their right hand into a loose blade of sand, then extends it along the ground like a torpedo, splitting anything in its path including the very ground itself. Requirements: Suna Suna no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Grand Desert Dagger Description: An altered and enhanced version of Desert Spada. The user forms a large version of his Desert Spada attack with more powerful effects. Requirements: Suna Suna no Mi & Desert Dagger Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Desert Swamp Description: The user will turn their hand into sand as if using Desert Dagger and stabs it into the ground causing an area in front of them to collapse. However, a giant pit of quicksand will be formed instead to trap opponents in quicksand. Requirements: The user must have the Suna Suna no Mi, know Desert Dagger, and be in a dessert terrain Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Desert Cutlass Description: The user swings his an arm forward while leaving a crescent shaped trail of sand behind it. Anything hit by that trail is instantly robbed of all moisture because of the users dehydration ability. Requirements: Suna Suna no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Desert Rapier Description: The user now forms several solid blades with fan-shaped edges instead of one large blade made from sand. A sufficiently powerful blow will shatter it back into sand. Requirements: Suna Suna no Mi & Desert Cutlass Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Sandstorm Description: The user summons a massive tornado of sand and sends it on a rampage. Requirements: The user must have the Suna Suna no Mi and know Desert Dagger. Point Count Cost: 1 points
Technique Name: Desert Shower Description: The user concentrates sand above their opponent, then sends them raining down as sharp sand needles. Requirements: The user must have the Suna Suna no Mi and know Desert Dagger. Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Sandstorm Burden Description: The user gathers a swirling mass of extremely dense sand in their hand, then hurls it at the opponent, causing a massive shockwave upon impact. This technique can be used once then the user must wait for 4 self posts. Requirements: The user must have the Suna Suna no Mi and know Desert Shower. Point Count Cost: 10 points
Technique Name: Desert Prison Description: The user grabs someone then slowly or quickly drains the moisture from a part of their body with their dehydration ability. This leaves them in a withered and seemingly fleshless state for 3 posts. Can be used once a fight. This attack decreases all the opponents stats by 3/4. Requirements: The user must have the Suna Suna no Mi Point Count Cost: 10 points
Technique Name: Wasteland Tremor Description: The user places their hand on the ground and uses their dehydration ability to dry out a huge area around them, turning it into a desert wasteland. When they do this, it can also cause the area around them to crumble and cave in. This technique can only be used once a battle and takes one full post to accomplish. Requirements: The user must have the Suna Suna no Mi Point Count Cost: 15 points
Technique Name: Wasteland Cataclysm Description: After the user performs Tremor, the user then exhausts their sand abilities into the ground area where they had absorbed the moisture, causing a massive updraft of sand, creating the ground to break completely and shoot up from underneath everyone but the user. This attack is very difficult to avoid and can be very damaging and devastating. It can only be used once a fight/a day. Requirements: The user must have the Suna Suna no Mi and Wasteland Tremor. Can only be used after wasteland tremor. Point Count Cost: 15 points

Technique Name: 100 Million Volt Vari Description: The user releases a bolt of lightning with a 100 Million Volt charge that will leave anyone hit in a severly damaged state. Can be used three times a fight. Requirements: Goro Goro no Mi and know 50 Million Volt Vari Point Count Cost: 15 points
Technique Name: Max 200 Million Volt Vari Description: The user releases a bolt of lightning with a 200 Million Volt charge that will leave anyone hit in a near death state. Can be used twice a fight, Requirements: Goro Goro no Mi and know 100 Million Volt Vari Point Count Cost: 20 points
Technique Name: El Thor Description: The user focuses a large cluster of electricity above their target(s), then uses it to send a huge and powerful lightning bolt crashing down from the sky, deep frying said unlucky target. This can also be used in the form of a massive thunder stream from the hand. Can be used four times a fight. Requirements: Goro Goro no Mi and know 50 Million Volt Vari Point Count Cost: 15 points
Technique Name: 30,000,000 Volt Thunder Bird Description: The user creates a giant hawk shaped blast of lightning that can follow wind currents and follow fast moving opponents. Can be used twice a fight. Requirements: Goro Goro no Mi and know 50 Million Volt Vari Point Count Cost: 10 points
Technique Name: Lightning Beast Description: The user creates a giant tiger-shaped blast of lightning that is powerful and can break through stone and surfaces without stopping. Can be used twice a fight. Requirements: Goro Goro no Mi and know 50 Million Volt Vari Point Count Cost: 15 points
Technique Name: 60,000,000 Volt Lightning Dragon Description: The user uses both hands to create a giant dragon shaped blast of lightning that is much stronger then Thunder Bird or Lightning Beast attacks by combining traits of both into one. Can be used once a fight. Requirements: Goro Goro no Mi and know 100 Million Volt Vari
Technique Name: Thunder Metallurgy Description: The user uses their electrical powers to heat metal and melt nearby metal then reshape it into anything he desires. Requirements: Goro Goro no Mi and +60 Intelligence Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Electric Light Description: The user heats the air around them with the Goro Goro no Mi powers until it explodes in a thunder clap. This is used to avoid and neutralize non-material attacks. Can be used three times a fight. Requirements: Goro Goro no Mi and +90 intelligence Point Count Cost: 10 points
Technique Name: Thunder Greeting Description: The user shoots continual bolts of lighting into clouds for 3 posts creating a huge spherical cloud filled with electricity in the sky. After it is charged, the ball drops onto whatever is below it exploding in a massive explosion of lightning. The ball has enough power to destroy an entire island. While charging, the user cannot use any other fruit based powers or move from their spot. If they stop charging before it is complete, it will discharge harmlessly and must be restarted. Can be used once a week. Requirements: Goro Goro no Mi and 2,000,000 Experience Point Count Cost: 30 points
Technique Name: 200,000,000 Volt God Description: The user transforms into a gigantic Raijin looking thunder god made of pure electricity doubling the power of their Goro Goro ni Mi techniques. This can be held for 10 posts. Can be used once a fight. Requirements: Goro Goro no Mi, 1,000,000 Experience, know Logia Mastery & Know all other Goro Goro no Mi techniques (excluding Thunder Greeting) Point Count Cost: 25 points

[Hie Hie no Mi Technique Books]
Quote: Technique Name: Ice Age Description: This allows the user to place his palm on land, body of water, even the sea, and then instantly freezes it (along with anything in/on it) completely solid. The actual extent of the ice can stretch for miles and last for over a week. An alternate version of this is where the user places his hand to the ground and uses his ability to instantly freeze an entire huge area turning it into an cold, frozen wasteland for one week. Not only does it freeze the area, but turns anything and everything in the area, including living organisms, into completely frozen statues Except other players. It is undetermined how long the targets of this version would remain frozen. The user is not limited to needing to make direct contact with his hands, as the attack can still be conducted as long as the ice he controls is in contact with both himself and the area he wishes to freeze.The user can then manipulate this ice. This technique can only be used 1 time per week. Requirements: The user must have the Hie Hie no Mi and know Frost Punch, Frost Weaponry, and Ice Time Point Count Cost: 25 points
Technique Name: Ice Saber Description: The user picks up several thin objects, such as blades of grass, and throws them into the air, hen blows on them with an icy breath that freezes them into a large, jagged sword of ice. Requirements: Hie Hie no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Ice Time Description: The user touches his opponent's body, then freezes them into a human ice statue. They can remain alive in a form of suspended animation for some time in their icy prison, but any decent hit will shatter them to pieces. If the ice is melted quickly and carefully the victim can return back to normal without any lasting repercussions. The user will thaw out after 10 posts without any outside assistance. This technique can be used once then the user must wait for 4 self posts. Requirements: The user must have the Hie Hie no Mi and know Flash Freeze. Point Count Cost: 10 points
Technique Name: Ice Block: Partisan Description: The user creates several spears of ice and then hurls them at the enemy. Requirements: Hie Hie no Mi, Frost Weaponry & 500,000 Experience Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Ice Time Capsule Description: The user sends a wave of ice along the ground making a sheet across a certain area. Anything hit by this sudden freeze of ground will be frozen in place for 3 posts. This technique can be used once then the user must wait for 2 self posts. Requirements: Hie Hie no Mi & know Partisan Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Partisan Description: The user throws several trident-like tipped spears of ice at the opponent. This is more effective than Ice Block: Partisan as they are not just icicles and have three spikes on each. Requirements: Hie Hie no Mi and know Ice Block: Partisan Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Ice Ball Description: The user shoots a wave of frost at the opponent. If it hits, it freezes the opponent in a giant sphere of ice for 4 posts. This can be done from a distance. This technique can be used once then the user must wait for 2 self posts. Requirements: Hie Hie no Mi & know Ice Time Capsule Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Ice Block: Pheasant Beck Description: The user releases a massive wave of snow and ice in the shape of a pheasant in a single blast instantly freezing anything it touches or fly’s by. This bird can only fly in one direction and cannot change its direction or speed in any way. Can be used once a day. Requirements: Hie Hie no Mi & know all other Hie Hie no Mi techniques taught by Aokiji Point Count Cost: 15 points
Technique Name: Frost Punch Description: This technique allows the user to make ice around their hand so that a punch will hurt the opponent more. Requirements: Hie Hie no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Icicle Breath Description: The user blows air out of their mouth, which when touching a small object, can freeze it. Requirements: Hie Hie no Mi Point Count Cost: 5 points
Technique Name: Frost Weaponry Description: The user can create different types of weapons from ice. These weapons cannot bend as they are ice. They are durable like regular weapons but melt after 3 posts. Requirements: The user must have the Hie Hie no Mi and know Icicle Breath. Point Count Cost: 5 points
