An Clock tower that use to belong to the old pledge queen, then given to Hei by her for his place, so now its owned by Hei. The clock tower was tuned itself by the old pledge queen so its walls are strong enough to hold rank C to low B Roads and Tricks.

(is a room on the lower leves, it has a secert place that has two key holes which are the only way to get through. The passage is behind one of the book shelfs with the shelfs hiding the key holes. It must keep a huge secert or treasure inside because it can take up to an low B or an A rank moves so the only way to get to it is the keys.)
