Rules to Purchase:
There are rules, in order to buy a volume of a tech manual. They are as follows:
- The player buying a manual must have consumed the devil fruit needed to use the techniques they are purchasing.

The below manuals are able to be purchased by any Paramecia User
Universal Manual: Gear Second - 150,000 Beli Technique Name: Gear Second Description: The user learns how to unlock a next level of their powers (each completely different). The user, when entering Gear Second increases (Two stats of the users choice, spirit and intelligence my not be increased) by +100 for 7 posts. This ability can be used twice during a fight. After the gear is up, the users loses -40 (Two stats of the users choice) for 7 posts (The user must pick at least one of the two stats increased to decrease. Intelligence and spirit can not be selected as an option for decreasing). The user may not use Third Gear while Second Gear is Active. Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user & have 500,000 Experience Point Count Cost: 15
Universal Manual: Third Gear - 300,000 Beli Technique Name: Third Gear Description: The user learns to fully unlock their fruits full potential. This grants the user an increase in (Two stats of the users choice, spirit and intelligence may not be increased) +150. 3rd Gear can only be accessed if the user is not using second. This tech can only be used once a fight and lasts for 7 posts. After which, the users strength, speed and defense drop by half for how ever long Third Gear was active. (I.E used for 1 turn, decreased for 1 turn). Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user & have 1,000,000 Experience & have 2nd Gear Point Count Cost: 20
Universal Manual: Double Gear - 200,000 Beli Technique Name: Double Gear Description: The user is able to combine both 2nd and 3rd gears. In this instance the user gains the doubled stat increases (Two sets for each, meaning 2 +250 increases, spirit and intelligence may not be increased). This lasts for 7 posts, and counts as 1 use for each gear. After the post limit, the users strength, defense, speed and stamina drops by three fourths for 7 posts. Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user & have 1,500,000 Experience & have 2nd and 3rd Gear Point Count Cost: 25
Universal Manual: Controlled 2nd Gear - 500,000 Beli Technique Name: Controlled 2nd Gear Description: With Training, the user learns to master they're 2nd Gear technique so that it no longer decreases their stats once they exit that form. This also adds on additional use to their 2nd Gear Technique. Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user, have 1,500,000 Experience & know 2nd Gear. Point Count Cost: 20
Universal Manual: Controlled Third Gear - 1,000,000 Beli Technique Name: Controlled Third Gear Description: With Training, the user learns to master they're 3rd Gear technique so that it no longer decreases their stats once they exit that form. This also adds on additional use to their 3rd Gear Technique. Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user, have 2,000,000 Experience, Controlled 2nd Gear & know 3rd Gear. Universal Manual: Controlled Double Gear - 1,500,000 Beli Technique Name: Controlled Double Gear Description: With Training, the user learns to master they're Double Gear technique so that it no longer decreases their stats once they exit that form. Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user, have 2,500,000 Experience, Controlled 2nd Gear, Controlled 3rd Gear and Double Gear. Point Count Cost: 25
Universal Manual: Fourth Gear - 2,000,000 Beli Technique Name: Fourth Gear Description: The user learns to unlock their fruits full potential. This grants the user an increase in (two stats of the users choice) 50% of their base stats. 4th Gear can only be accessed if the user is not using Another Gear. This tech can only be used once a fight and lasts for 7 self posts. After the gear is up, the users loses 50% (The two stats the user picked) for 3 self posts. Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user, have 5,000,000 EXP, and know Controlled Double Gear Point Cost: 25
Universal Manual: Controlled 4th Gear - 2,500,000 Beli Technique Name: Controlled 4th Gear Description: With Training, the user learns to master their 4th Gear technique so that it no longer decreases their stats once they exit that form. This also adds one additional use to their 4th Gear Technique. Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user, have 6,000,000 EXP, and know Fourth Gear. Point Cost: 25
Universal Manual: Awakening Advance - 3,000,000 Beli Technique Name: Awakening: Advance Description: The first step in Awakening one's devil fruit abilities. Advance is a way to extend your powers in a slight manner, while still staying true to your power itself. For Example, The Gura Gura no Mi using this ability wouldn't have to throw full punches to use his power, now unlocking the ability to do it with lesser movements. Unlocking this ability is similar to a gear, without the buff, or the post limitations. Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user and have 4,000,000 EXP. Point Cost: 15
Universal Manual: Awakening Mastery - 3,500,000 Beli Technique Name: Awakening: Mastery Description: The Ultimate extension of one's Devil Fruit Powers, by learning this the user attains the final level of control over their fruit. This ability can be a bigger scale change, but not completely unrelated to your fruit ability. Unlocking this ability is essentially the same as a Gear, without a buff, but the ability to use it without restraint. Requirements: Must be a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit user, have 6,000,000 EXP, and know Advance. Point Cost: 25
((All Gears and Awakenings are different given their users fruits, therefore when purchasing the 2nd gear, the user must customize it by explaining what happens to the user when they enter it. An example of this would be luffy, his body, created of rubber, pumps blood through his body much faster, increasing his oxygen flow, thus giving him the strength and speed to move faster and hit harder. As such, a user must explain how their gear or awakening works as well.))

Gomu Gomu no Mi: Volume 1 - 25,000 Beli Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Pistol Description: A standard strait punch while stretching your arm Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Pistol Shot Description: Starts off as an ordinary Pistol attack, after which the user "twangs" their stretched arm, causing their fist to connect multiple times. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Pistol Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Rocket Description: After stretching out one or both of your arms to grab something, you retract your arm(s) sending you flying in a direction. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Bazooka Description: The user stretches both their arms back and then hurl them forward striking the opponent with both simultaneously. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Pistol Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Gatling Gun Description: A fury of Gomu Gomu no Pistols being thrown repeatedly that makes the illusion as if there are multiple arms. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Pistol Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Gomu Gomu no Mi: Volume 2 - 25,000 Beli Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Bullet Description: The user stretches one arm far behind them, then snaps it back to deliver an short-distance, one-fisted blow to an opponent. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Pistol Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Bow Gun Description: The user takes hold of the opponent, then repeatedly twists the torso vertically around the waist. The resulting snapback sends the opponent flying upwards. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 5 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Rifle Description: Similar to Gomu Gomu no Bullet, but the user twists their arm around as they stretch it behind them and hits the opponent at close range, putting a spin on them. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Bullet Stat Count Costs: 5 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Cannon Description: The user builds up speed with a long series of quick punches, and finishes with a single double-fisted blow. This is a powerful technique that can pierce strong armor. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Gatling Stat Count Costs: 10 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Whip Description: The user stretches his leg and kicks in a wide circle, striking multiple foes. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Mallet Description: The user takes hold of the opponent with their hands, then spins, twisting the arms. They then untwist them, rapidly spinning the opponent, while bringing him crashing to the floor. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 5 stat point
Gomu Gomu no Mi: Volume 3 - 25,000 Beli Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Sickle Description: The user grabs an object behind his opponent and pulls himself towards them. He then stretches out his other arm and clotheslines his opponent. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Rocket Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Spear Description: The user holds his feet together and kicks with both simultaneously. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Stamp Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Scythe Description: The user grabs an object behind his opponent and pulls himself towards them. He then stretches out both arms for the rocket and the clothes-lining. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Rocket Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Axe Description: The user stretches one leg high into the air, then brings it crashing down on an opponent or structure, for massive damage, strong enough to destroy large buildings and ships in a single hit. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Giant Mallet Description: The user takes hold of the opponent with their feet and legs, twisting them. They then untwist them, rapidly spinning the opponent, while bringing him crashing to the floor. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 5 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Balloon Description: A technique where the user inflates rapidly through his mouth, further increasing his resistance to blunt attacks. With his inflated body, they are capable of deflecting projectile attacks back to their shooters. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Gomu Gomu no Mi: Volume 4 - 20,000 Beli Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Bell Description: While grappled onto an enemy, the user stretches their neck backwards, then snaps it back for a devastating head butt to the opponent's face. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Windmill Description: The user grabs his target and twisting his mid-section before unwinding, and throwing his opponent. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 5 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Human Shield Description: The user avoids getting hurt from his opponent by grabbing someone else around him and use them as a human shield. This can only be used on: NPC people & Other players (If the other players allow it.) This technique can be used once then the user must wait for 6 self posts. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 5 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Net Description: The user entwines his fingers making a net like shape and then stretches out his fingers making a larger net in an attempt to trap his opponents. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 5 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Stamp Description: The user stretches his leg out and hits his opponent with the bottom of his foot, leaving an imprint, or "stamp", of their foot. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Stamp Gatling Description: A version of Gomu Gomu no Gatling but the user uses their feet instead of their hands. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Gatling and Stamp Stat Count Costs: 5 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Chomp Chomp Description: The user stretches his mouth wide open, and attempts to bite or swallow his opponent. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Buzzsaw Description: The user grabs his opponent from afar with both arms and winds himself up like with a bow gun. He then kicks off from the ground and spins towards his opponent to deliver a powerful head butt. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Bow Gun Stat Count Costs: 5 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Storm Description: With an opponent positioned high above them, the user first uses Gomu Gomu no Balloon and twists their body around tightly, then they blow the air towards the ground. This propels them spinning upwards towards an opponent up above, where they deliver a constant barrage of powerful punches, with power greatly enhanced by the momentum of their launch. This can also be done downwards. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Balloon & Gomu Gomu no Gatling Stat Count Costs: 15 stat point
Gomu Gomu no Mi: Volume 5 - 25,000 Beli Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Fireworks Description: The user jumps into the air and spins around rapidly. Then they unleash a flurry of punches and kicks that go in every direction due to the spinning motion. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Gatling Gun & Gomu Gomu no Gatling Stamp Stat Count Costs: 10 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Volcano Description: Similar to Gomu Gomu no Axe, except the foot is stretched upwards to break through a roof or a surface above the user with the same power as Gomu Gomu no Axe. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & know Gomu Gomu no Axe Stat Count Costs: 5 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Rain Description: The user jumps into the air and performs a rapid fire punching attack while spinning. Similar to Storm, except without inflating himself beforehand, and he punches while descending like rain. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Storm Stat Count Costs: 5 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Human Shield Description: Somewhat of a gag move where the user stretches his arms to grab a person (an ally, an opponent, or otherwise a simple bystander) from afar then pulls them close to where he is to block an attack that the user would otherwise be incapable of surviving on his own. This technique can be used once then the user must wait for 2 self posts. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Point Count Cost: 5
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no SlingShot Description: grabs hand and foot holds, then intercepts a projectile, stretching back and firing the projectile back at its origin. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi Stat Count Costs: 5 stat points
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Screw Description: grabs onto a large, spinning object that is shot at him while holding onto a foothold, twists his arms and legs as if to do a Gomu Gomu no Giant Gavel while the force of the object propels him further to his ability's limit, then slams the object into a foe while spinning. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Giant Mallet Stat Count Costs: 5 stat points
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Propeller Description: The user jumps into the air and does a Gomu Gomu no Gavel, with their hands grabbing the target while they are in mid-air, spinning the target around in a cyclone before slamming down onto the ground. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Mallet Stat Count Costs: 5 stat points
Gomu Gomu no Mi: Volume 6 - 25,000 Beli Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Flail Description: swings one arm in a circle at high speed, then drives their fist into the opponent. The more time spinning takes, the stronger this will be. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Pistol Stat Count Costs: 5 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Ricochet Description: The user uses both of his arms and legs to rapidly having them bouncing on the surface of the area to attack multiple opponents, similar to Gomu Gomu no FireWork. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no FireWork Stat Count Costs: 5 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Snake Shot Description: The user uses his Devil Fruit abilities to launch his arm in a swerving snake-like movement and grasp the enemy with an open hand, gripping hard enough to cause great pain Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Pistol & Gomu Gomu no Submarine. Stat Count Costs: 5 stat points
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Submarine Description: similar to the Pistol, but his fist travels underground to uppercut the target Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Pistol Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Twin Pistol Description: Basically a normal Pistol attack, only with both arms instead of just one. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Pistol Stat Count Costs: 1 stat point
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Spring Description: Similar to Gomu Gomu no Rocket, however he wraps his arm around a round object multiple times, making it very firm, he then spins around the object then suddenly getting shot very far and high in the direction the user wants. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Rocket Stat Count Costs: 5 stat points
Gomu Gomu no Mi: Volume 7 - 25,000 Beli Technique Name: Head Armament: Gomu Gomu no Bell Description: The user uses Color of Armament to harden his forehead and gives a powerful stretched headbutt to the opponent. A much stronger version of his standard Gomu Gomu no Bell. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Bell & Armament Hardening Stat Count Costs: 0
Technique Name: Armament Hardening: Gomu Gomu no Bullet Description: The user uses Color of Armament to harden his hand and then forms an enhanced version of the Gomu Gomu no Bullet. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Bullet & Armament Hardening Stat Count Costs: 0
Technique Name: Armament Hardening: Gomu Gomu no Gatling Description: The user uses Color of Armament to harden their fists, greatly increasing the strength of his standard Gomu Gomu no Gatling attack Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Gatling & Armament Hardening Stat Count Costs: 0
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Thank you fire Description: A stronger counter version of Gomu Gomu no Fusen, the user first absorbs the gunshots the way he does normally and then accurately rebounds the bullets right back at the enemy with twice the power as when they hit him. When he used this technique, the userput the thumb and forefinger of each hand together to form a rectangle with a crosshair. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Fusen & Gomu Gomu no Balloon Point Count Cost: 10
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no UFO Description: The user twist back his legs midair, and lets them go, causing them to spin around and around horizontally similar to a discus, occasionally lashing out with their legs and kicking anyone within reach. Using this technique seems to allow them to hover a few feet off the ground. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi & Gomu Gomu no Fireworks Point Count Cost: 10
Gomu Gomu no Mi: Volume 8 - 25,000 Beli Technique Name: Gear Second Description: This technique involves the user speeding up the bloodflow in all or selected body parts, in order to provide them with more oxygen and nutrients thus making him much faster and stronger. The user, when entering Gear Second increases Strength and Speed by +100 for 7 posts. This ability can be used twice every 10 posts. After the gear is up, the users loses -40 Strength and Speed and for 5 posts. The user may not use Third Gear while Second Gear is Active. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi user & have 500,000 Experience Point Count Cost: 15
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Jet Pistol Description: The user delivers a Gomu Gomu no Pistol so fast that the fist's movement is invisible, and it truly seems like he shoots his opponent, except that the resulting impact is not akin to an actual pistol, but to a small hand-held cannon and powerful enough to propel the unlucky recepient several meters away. The incredible speed both makes the strike far more powerful, and harder to dodge. When using this technique, he points his other hand out to aim at his target. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Pistol & Gear Second Point Count Cost: 0
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Jet Stamp Description: The user delivers a Gomu Gomu no Stamp, with the same effect as the Jet Pistol. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Stamp & Gear Second Point Count Cost: 0
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Jet Bazooka Description: The user charges at his opponent at high speed, and delivers a very fast and very strong Gomu Gomu no Bazooka. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi user, Gomu Gomu no Bazooka & Gear Second Point Count Cost: 0
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Jet Whip Description: The user delivers a Gomu Gomu no Muchi, so fast, that only the slipstream is visible. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Whip & Gear Second Point Count Cost: 0
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Jet Bullet Description: An extremely fast, close-range punch with great force. When attacking head-on, the stretching of the original Bullet along with the resulting snapback seem to occur almost simultaneously at once, making it virtually inescapable. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Bullet & Gear Second Point Count Cost: 0
Gomu Gomu no Mi: Volume 9 - 25,000 Beli Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Twin Jet Pistol Description: The user punches with both arms simultaneously. Visually, the move only differs from his normal Gomu Gomu no Bazooka in that instead of doing an open palm strike, he has clenched fists which leave two knuckle shaped imprints on his foe. As since the move hit so fast, the air from it really looks like the user is literally firing two pistols. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Twin Pistol & Gear Second Point Count Cost: 0
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Jet Gatling Gun Description: The user stands still, bends forward and moves his arms upwards at speeds which they can no longer be seen, leaving only jet streams in their place, very much like how the Jet Pistol looks. The hits land so fast that, after a volley, they seemingly connect simultaneously. However, due to the large amount of energy it uses, The user cannot sustain it for long, although the time it is used is considerably longer than the regular Gatling. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Gatling & Gear Second Point Count Cost: 0
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Jet Rocket Description: A Gear Second version of Gomu Gomu no Rocket technique. After grabbing onto something with stretched out arms, the user instantly propels himself forward with blinding speed. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Rocket & Gear Second Point Count Cost: 0
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Jet Rifle Description: The user delivers a very fast Gomu Gomu no Rifle. The winding of the original Rifle along with its snapback happening almost at the same time as the user speeds towards the target makes this move impossible to evade. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Rifle & Gear Second Point Count Cost: 0
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Jet Human Shield Description: Somewhat of a gag move where the user stretches his arms to grab a person (an ally, an opponent, or otherwise a simple bystander) from afar then pulls them close to where he is to block an attack that the user would otherwise be incapable of surviving on his own. In Gear Second form, the user is able to grab their decoy much quicker rather than the regular reaction time of the previous form. This technique can be used once then the user must wait for 4 self posts. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Human Shield & Gear Second Point Count Cost: 0
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Jet Spear Description: The user delivers a very fast Gomu Gomu no Yari that seems to connect instantly with his opponent. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Spear & Gear Second Point Count Cost: 0
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Jet Missle Description: The user stretches and grabs onto an enemy's body. Then, he very quickly retracts, crashing into the foe. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Rocket & Gear Second Point Count Cost: 0
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Jet Axe Description: The user stretches his leg vertically and then crashes it down on his opponent, unlike the usual version however, rather than merely smashing his foot into the enemy the speed at which it is done is so quick that rather than attacking the area directly in front of him, his Jet axe strikes several metres in length, thus increasing its range. Requirements: Gomu Gomu no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Axe & Gear Second Point Count Cost: 0
Technique Name: Gomu Gomu no Jet Giant Mallet Description: The user wraps his legs around his opponent and, at an extreme speed, smashes him into the ground. Unlike the normal version, the user doesn't twist, and then un-twist his legs during the execution of this technique. Gomu Gomu no Mi: Volume 11 - 25,000 Beli Technique Name: Gear Third [Bone Balloon] Description: The user corks his mouth with his thumb, bites into his thumb joint (making a small opening) and blows very hard into it, which inflates his arm. He is then able to transfer the air through his entire body, requiring the torso to act as an interface for his various limbs. The user blows so much air into his body that when they're all focused on a single limb, they become the size equivalent to (or greater than) that of a giant's, if anything resembling Oars size.
