Obtained from the Halloween Masquerade Ball Flash Space, earned by wearing each mask and finding the three available ingredients, recieving the recipe from the NPC and then crafted in Alchemy, level 1 formula.

Jack Items : Obtained from trick or treating in stores(19 candies are needed then you will need to find Jack in one of the world maps) or Towns(50 candies are needed then you go into the middle map of any town and give them to Jack).
