- Please respect not only the fellow members of this guild but my crew members and myself. The crew is here to help you. If you are rude to the crew, or anyone for that matter, you are only going to end up hurting yourself.

- Please do not bug me to be a crew member. My crew has earned my trust and if you wish to become one, you need to as well.

- No flamming! Flamming will not be tolerated here!
- Please, PLEASE! It is a Gaia TOS but I cannot stress this enough -[ NO CYBERING!! ]- If you feel the urge and can't control yourself take it to PM's or IM's. Just don't do it here, though I don't condone such behavior,
- Cussing. I personally don't mind cussing too much. If the situation or the character personality call for it, fine. Just please try to keep it to a minimum.

*If you are offended by any of the cursing you can always filter your settings. On the other hand, if the cursing is profuse. Please let me know and I shall have a talk with the person and issue a warning.*

-Please do not contact MoonBlu. The account has been banned.
-If you wish to begn a new RP. Please post it in "Ideas and Suggestions" or run it by me(preferred) or crew through PM. If you post it in the ideas and suggestions thread, please know that it may not recieve immediate attention. All ideas for new RP's will be presented to the staff and voted on, majority rule.

*Regarding this, please DO NOT PM crew multiple times on the same subject. All you will accomplish by doing this is annoy us and even if you have a great RP idea - if you anger myself or my crew, we may not even bother submitting your request.-*

*EDIT* This rule is now changed but only as a trial run to see how it goes.
-You can post any kind of RP you like in the main area. Follow the basic rules of the guild and there will be no problem.
-Any RP not following rules will be deleted and a warning will be given.
-Any RP inactive for too long will be deleted, or moved.

Basic courtesy RP Rules
- Please no chatspeak or l33t speak. Try hard to read over what you are saying and think about what you are putting down.
-Please try to keep quoting to a minimum.
-Please try to keep OOC (out of character) chat *(( )) to a minimum.

*If OOC chat is used while RPing, that is ok. Just don't OOC chat and not RP. You can use the PM system for that.*

-Please try to use your RP name while posting. This helps other to remember who you are, especially if you are participating in many different RP's and using different aliases.

*REMEMBER*
Once accepted, you are a member of this guild and as such I ask that you please respect all aspects of this guild including it's rules and memebers. This is a private guild so acceptance and participation is a priveldge. Remember that I have absolutely no problem banning troublemakers.

But also know that being a member also means that this guild also belongs to you. It is partly your responsibility to make sure this guild stays alive and runs well.

Failure to adhere to the rules of the guild will usually result in a warning. After 3 warnings (or depending on the severity of the violation) there will be no choice but to banish you from the guild.

So, thanks for hanging in there. These are the rules. I don't think I'm asking too much. Just enough to keep the guild running smoothly. Thank you.

Yes, the crew has rules too. I just want to post these so that others don't think I'm letting the crew run the place.

- First off you guys. You are not running the place... remember, I'm the boss here. I'm running the place. blaugh (But please feel free to issue warnings, and if you do, please make sure it is documented.)
- You guys have power, yes. But please try no to abuse it. Absolute power leads to absolute corruption. Govern Well.
- Please, I ask, that if you approve any incoming members I am notified who is accepted and I wish for their reasons to be forwarded to me. Also regarding incoming members, DO NOT turn anyone down. If you believe they should not be allowed in the guild, again let me know and I will decide.
- Also, please no banning without my permission. I would like to know the reasons why you are banning the person before any drastic measures are taken.
- Also, do not add, change, move or delete any threads without my permission. Let me know before you do anything of the sort.

Please guys, you are my crew for a reason. I trust you as well as your judgement. But, I need to say, failure in adhering to my rules, will result in you being demoted to a member.

[Basic RP Rules]

I know for most these are pretty much expected but I believe they need to be documented either way so no one can come up and say - "but it doesn't say it in the rules".

-NO GODMODDING.

-NO ending the RP unless all parties agree.

-NO talking OOC unless you contribute to an RP.

-NO popping in to an RP without giving a worthy contribution. IE: not giving some thing logical and worthy to the plot.

-Absolutely NO one liners.

-NO bumping unless your RP is over a month old.

-Any inactive RP thats a few months old will get deleted.

-People who join and never post get banned.

-Be creative!!

-Literacy is a must. You don't have to be the best speller. Just do the best that you can. But, I ask you to please try to spell well.... maybe type out what you want into your WP and doing a spell check.

-Be courteous to others.

-Keep swearing to a minimum.

-You can't kill someone else without their permission.

-No "real" fighting. In other words I don't want you putting someone down in OOC or in any way that it seems you are messing with the actual person and not the RP character.

-No chat or l33t speak.
