Well, actually, it's 1024 WORDS which is actually an even better number in many ways!
It feels SO GOOD just to get that first thousand out, especially since I lamely rewrote the first 500 words or so about eight times! But hey, it's the beginning of the novel, the beginning is the most important part!
Still have another 1000-1500 to hit my daily goal, but all the same, I feel very accomplished for getting the first thousand, so...
YAAAAAAAAAAAAY! heart
