New Glory Hospital
New Glory Hospital, once a well-to-do hospital with some of the best doctors around working here. When the plague struck, many fled, doctors, nurses, patients. Some of the employees would attempt the get the patients out with them, others would lock the doors and hide in the rooms with the patients and wait. Evidence of the destruction is written all over the walls in blood and sick. The electricity is down, but luckily there are windows aplenty, but they won't help you after dusk... Don't get caught in here after dark.

Rune wasn't paying attention to where she was going, so of course, of course she would end up at some run down New Glory hospital. The sun was high in the sky, it burned her sensitive skin, as she was used to travelling and such at night. "If I die, no one will miss me. No one will care. I don't, not anymore." A zombie shuffled up slowly, looking almost exactly like Coop, but different slightly in his build and height. Rune mercilessly whipped out her katana's and butchered the zombie. Another one came, and was just as quickly dispatched. She needed to kill, needed to do something that would make her feel alive again. Over and over again she killed, never slowing nor stopping until the zombies stopped coming. She dropped to her knee's, blood spattered, and weary, but at least her mind and soul was quiet at last. I can't take this much longer. I need to feel something. If it's love, hate, envy...I don't care. Just something would be nice... her thoughts trailed off into silence as she stepped inside to hunt down new supplies. In the main hall, she was greeted with the stench of death and a faint trace of vomit. Wrinkling her nose, she walked silently, picking her way through the wreckage. It was horrible. corpses were strewn everywhere, some decomposed, and some looked more fresh. Each male she checked with her heart in her throat, making sure it wasn't Coop. "Dammit why do you care, Marine? He doesn't about you, that's for sure." a Zombie Nurse shuffled up, groaning. Rune whipped out her katana, and gave the nurse a new air hole in her throat. Sighing, she realized that there was nothing else useful left. Oh well. Time to check out that cathedral. ~exit Rune to cathedrAl~

Chaz parked his truck a few blocks away. He had enough gas to get him to the outskirts of town, but he needed to stop by the hospital first to pick up a few supplies he might need. He had his father's curved naval sword unsheathed as he walked through the hospital. He made his way up one floor to the hospital cafeteria. His eyes scanned one...no two zombies here. They noticed him with blood thirsty hunger and stumbled lazily towards him. He just sighed. Poor men, he thought. Both were wearing patient garb, with the butt in the rear slightly exposed. He reached into his pocket, clutched his cross necklace, and walked forward. One of the zombies reached out to grab him, but Chaz kicked him back. The zombie stumbled to regain its foothold, but Chaz ran his sword through its head. He slumped to the ground, Chaz removing the sword. The other hustled a little, and Chaz swung around to behead to brain-dead husk. Blood splattered on his black jacket and white shirt. He looked down and frowned at it. He went into the kitchen and found it empty. Not just of zombies, but of food and supplies also. He groaned in defeat and walked back out into the hall and up the stairs. Around a hour or two later, he returned to his truck, avoiding the street-wide zombie crowds. What little supplies he found he put in the back of his truck. Getting it, he turned on and headed through town.

As T.J. came sprinting toward the hospital he quickly examined the hospital for entrances. He saw only two, the main entrance and the emergency entrance. He expected neither were very suitable entrances probably crawling with walkers but he was about to attract a mob and he had to get inside quick before the crowd behind him began to grow even larger. He sprinted toward the main door, jumping up onto the hood of a car and up over a bar attached to the steps leading to the main entryway. He turned to look at the mob that was a good ways behind him and walked up to the hospital door. He couldn't see anything inside so he pressed his face to the glass quickly, attempting to see if anything was hiding in the shadows. It looked clear enough so T.J. backed away from the glass and removed the machete from its holster on his back. He took a couple of hacks at the lower part of the entryway and after a short moment of smashing away at the glass door he managed to crack and then shatter the glass. He kicked out a small hole with his foot and then turned to see the small gang of walkers just now getting to the hospital parkinglot. He turned and crouched down, shuffling under the glass dooor and trying to be careful not to cut himself. He stood up once inside and looked around, it was dark but there was enough light coming in through the outside to where he could make out most of the hallway. He held the machete at his side as he walked down the hallway slowly, crushed glass crackling under the base of his boots. Less than a couple seconds after he had entered the hallway he heard a scuffle. He stopped and tightened his free hand into a fist, a walker slowly hobbled out of one of the rooms, it looked to be heavily decayed. T.J. didn't wait for it to make a move, he advanced toward it and swung with the machete, hacking off a chunk of the walkers head as it fell to the floor. He looked into the room it had come out of in disgust. Five more walkers remained in that room, all huddled around a devoured corpse on the floor of the room, covered in dried blood. As soon as they noticed T.J. he grabbed the handle of the door and shut it hard, turning to make sure the first walker he encountered was no longer a threat. He nudged it with the machete and after it lay lifeless for a second he turned and ventured deeper into the hospital, heading in the direction of the surgery center.

Taylor rolled out of the dumpster placed conveniantly under a small laundry chute and placed a couple medical batteries into his backpack. He had found what he was looking for inside the hospital, but the batteries he had found in the trash still had small traces of energy in them that he could eventually use when he started to run low. He stood to his feet after zipping the backpack closed and patted his shirt with the palms of his hands , dirt falling from his clothes as he did. He had managed to avoid most of the hospital's denizens even after spending a couple hours wandering the halls of the hospital. He felt tired but decided to try and push on anyway, maybe he could make it back before sunset. He walked back a couple of feet and made sure his supplies were strapped tightly then began running toward a car parked next to the fence of the hospital. He jumped up onto the bumper and used it as leverage to launch himself off of the roof of the vehicle, planting a foot on the top of the fence uneasily and pushing off, landing on the ground and rolling forward to his feet. He stood up quickly, slightly shook from the fall and turned to his left, then his right. He saw three differen't groups of walkers all of them had noticed him. He inhaled deeply and then exhaled as he took off in a sprint. His destination his apartment, hopefully he could return the supplies and get some sleep before he had to wake up and go to the main camp to search for work the next day.

Cray
He walked up to the front of the hospital, and was about to knock on the door before he realized what he was doing. "Nah, we're still getting the beer, just after we get better bandages and s**t." He walked in to the hospital, and looked at all the dead bodies from when the zombies first struck. "That... had to hurt..."

MAGMag had a terrible feeling as they approached the hospital. It was a big, ominous looking building like all hospitals, but what was more troubling were the small details of death around the building. Broken windows and bloody hand prints on the doors and walls. And on the floor were pools of blood, streaked as the bodies were dragged away from where they fell. A shiver rolled up Mag's spine. She didn't want to even go inside, but as Cray went in, she reluctantly followed. "Hey..." She whispered, "We have to stay close, ok? And... let's be quick about it... This place gives me the creeps..."

Cray
He looked at her and laughed. "What are you talking about? This place is, like, awesome! Like some horror game... and the main hero never dies in the horror games, atleast not until the startling fact, and the realization on how the zombies came." He rolled his eyes and continued on. He was joking of course, and he knew Mag would never think he was serious. But he had to keep them calm, after all, right?

MAGMag groaned. "Yes... just like a video game... We're on a quest... a quest for bandages and stuff..." She whispered as she looked around. The hospital had so many hallways and rooms and dark corners, she still felt uneasy. As they continued on through the hospital, Mag looked around in cabinets and drawers, looking for bandages but it was obvious that they weren't the first people to come here looking for supplies. Most of the good stuff was taken.

Ember was running low on her medical supplies. The first aid kit she had in her bookbag was only good for so long. When she came across the hospital, every inch of her was saying she would be stupid to enter such a big building on her own. She bit her bottom lip, unsure of what she should do. Ember could always move on,and hope she would come across something a lot smaller that held the things she needed,or she could risk it and enter the hospital and probably come face to face with twenty zombies at once. Ember internally groaned, not wanting to make a lot of noise unless necessary. 'Here goes nothing....' She thought to herself,as she whipped out her revolver, made sure she had it loaded, and walked up to the doubled doors that was once emergency exits. She quietly eased open one of the doors, only the creak of the hinges echoing through the dark hallways of the hospital. Ember bit her bottom lip and closed the door behind her. The windows gave off enough light from the sun outside for her to see what was ahead of her. She stayed quiet, and listened carefully, hoping she would come across at least one other person who was alive and breathing. With her revolver in hand,Ember made her way down the creepy and dark hallway towards what was once the waiting room. Blood covered the walls, only making a shiver of fear run down her spine. Then she heard what she was dreading. The groans and moans coming her way. It was maybe two undead walking her way . 'Here we go again.' She thought as she raised her revolver and shot the closest zombie between the eyes.

Cray
Cray whirled towards the sound of a gun was. He knew there was no way every single zombie in the hospital and some out side didn't hear it. "Damn... who was the dumb f**k with the gun?!?" He looked outside and saw a large flow of zombies rush by his door, a few stopping to try to kill him. He dispatched those few with his knife, bundled up the two bandages he found and slipped them in his pocket, and ran away from the front door. "Mag! C'mon! I'm leaving! Finding a new door!" He stopped to dispatch very angry zombies all the time in his progress.

MAGMag nearly jumped out of her skin and covered her mouth to hold in a scream as the noise from a single gun shot echoed through the empty halls of the hospital. Although it was naturally a relief to know that such a noise could only come from someone living, it was followed by an intense fear of dread. The empty hallways carried the noise far beyond it's original source, through the corridors and would likely attract walkers from all over the hospital. Mag reached behind her and gripped her crowbar as she began to hear shuffling foot steps coming from down the hall. Without a word, Mag followed Cray as she smashed through zombies as they tried to make their escape. The hoard was coming down on them hard. Luckily, the hospital was one of the first places hit by the infection, so many of the zombies were in such a state of decomposition that they couldn't run. Mag helped Cray destroy those zombies that could run after them, and the rest who shuffled along mindlessly, they could easily outrun. [Edited]

Cray
Cray couldn't find any door. He was in a panic, because he knew he had to get out, but all he found was a big window, and he couldn't go through that or the zombies would be attracted to the noise of breaking glass too. "Crap... Mag, any ideas..." He looked around, and saw no other alternative. "If nothing better comes up in 5 seconds I'm going through the window... 1...2...3..."

MAG"Don't be an idiot." Mag hissed, "Your leg's already f*cked up, don't go doing a barrel roll through the window. You'll just wreck it more, if not kill yourself on shards of glass." She took her crowbar and swung it at the window, and shattered it. She didn't care about the noise, the zombies had already been alerted. "Hurry up and get the hell out." She said unusually harshly, and nearly pushed him out the window. Her intent was not to be cruel, but to save his life. She was so used to ordering Robin what to do to save her life, that she instinctively did it to Cray as well. But she meant well. [Edited]

Cray
As Cray was getting shoved out, he recognized the tone she used. Same tone as with Robi--- OWWWWW He had landed so a piece of glass stabbed into his good leg. "Crap... it's fine... just hurts." He got up slowly, and helped Mag out. "Alright, what next? 7-Eleven, right? Good. Now RUN!" He didn't actually wait for her to answer, there was no time. He just ran as fast as he could towards the store
[exit Cray to 7-Eleven]
