Soren, the story of a true Elemental: Part 1

Soren woke up from his late afternoon nap to the smell of burning firewood, as he walked to the living room he notices that everyone is gone. but by the faint sound of yelling he's obviously not alone. He checks his brothers room, empty, his sisters room, the same. but the sound of screaming catches his ears, he bolts to his parents bedroom to find a ghastly looking gray beast on four legs with no eyes at all , just a mouth with dozens of razor looking teeth,eating what looks like the remains of his beloved mother. He runs to the door, but another beast, the same as the other in front of him. Is that his fathers forearm hanging from its mouth? Soren is appalled at this site and grows weary and faint, he vomits onto the wooden floorboards of his parents room. After he finishes, he notices that he is trapped, "What are these things? What did they do to my family!?" footsteps follow the hallway."Thats enough" its a tall man with a striped looking suit and a matching fedora." that will be quite enough, the boy needs to see what remains of his parents " Who is he? whats he doing here? "I'm guessing your wondering who I am, you see im what you can call a friend of your fathers, but you wouldn't have guessed that, and you must also wonder what these two beasts are" by the looks of them they look like they could've been human once, but why are they so disfigured? " they are my loyal so called "undead" servants, they've been changed to this form by a skilled necromancer like myself" " Your father owes me quite a large some of money.Yet he has not wished to pay it off, so iv done what needs to be done". "Why not me then? you cant expect me to live without my guardians! " "I've left your siblings to my holding, they will serve great servants to me, but you, I expect to live on, so you may unravel your families ghastly crimes to this world." and then he vanishes.Then Soren notices that that the words spoken from this terrible man could, and he wishes not, are true, they definitely weren't a dream, he must find out what his family has done for this to happen, and he needs to find his siblings in order to make things normal again, and to extract revenge. He realizes his life will never be the same again.
