AVATAR CONTEST

Because this is a traditional Ninjustu based guild, it makes sense that we would have an avatar contest themed after that. Don't get down and depressed though, there is more than one way to make an original avatar using more that just the "ninja" stuff on gaia.


To fully understand the rules for this contest, it might be useful to provide a little history...

The ninja were more than just assasins attacking their victims in the cover of darkness in their moderately well-known garb, they were often undercover (or in some cases, actually living as their characters) to provide their clan with pertinent intel and for having the advantage of already being in the area when a mission needed to be carried out.

Some examples of the various disguises were:
Traveling entertainers (actors, musicians, storytellers, acrobats)

Gardeners (for wealthy landowners and political officials)

Farmers (mostly to make a living and provide food for the clan and to also be ready for missions at any time)

Traveling monks (the benefit of being travelers as characters means that they didn't need to dispel suspicion because they wanderers were quite common during the time period)

These can all be apart of your Avatar for the contest. If we can limit it to these categories (and of course the actual TRADITIONAL ninja garb themed avatars) would be best when considering scoring. If you have a suggestion and a reasonable argument for another category to be added, then you can send it to me in a PM and I will consider it.

Prizes -
- 1st Place Prize: 250k
- 2nd Place Prize: 100k
- 3rd Place Prize: 50k
All participants will receive a small gift. to qualify you must have more than 25 posts and have entered into the Avatar contest. The gift is a mystery so you will not know until the contest ends. (prize will be different from the posting contest)
