Lovely Michiru
He could be a self proclaimed king?
King of Nemesis.
Which is basically what he tries and succeeds at doing.
But my point is that he would have no
inherited titles. He's the first in a line of royalty instead of a descendant.
So any titles he may have would be King (he did marry a queen) , and anything he would in his arrogance give himself, or that Ugagi gives him (also feels weird) or unofficial deed based titles. (Ie, kill an Orge terrorizing a village, you're now BOB THE OGRE SLAYER!" Clean out a Hometowns supply of cornbread and you're JANE, EATER OF CORNBREAD!")
My final take on the matter: We're not privy to the Nobility System of the old Kingdom, and we're setting up a brand spanking new Kingdom, so we can do whatever we like. We could declare the whole thing a democracy if we wanted xD. (that'd be weird

So lets come up with a title system we like. We should keep it simple but remember there are two types of titles. One type is for Royalty and is pretty non-heirarchal. If you've got a Royal Title, but arn't the Monarch, your only power is that you're related to, and theoretically represent the Monarch.
Nobility titles however come with some combination of land, responsibilities, power, money, estates, ect. That's why alot of Royalty have other titles, because Kings are smart and give titles that come with land and scripts to their favorite family members. And then they all inter-marry.. and pretty soon you get some freakishly inbred Royals with lots of titles, lands, ect.
In this day and age though, Usagi and Diamond arn't going to get away with giving titles to anyone they feel like. That person has to have earned it or the Kingdom would pitch a fit, since they're paying the taxes to pay for it. So if you want a nobility title, you have to explain how you got the title, who gave it to you, etc. and inheritance isn't an option since we're in our first generation of Nobility.
We
could pull the "All senshi/Knights automatically get X title". Most likely it'd be the lowest available title, with minimum benefits, maybe 50k a year salary dependent on their active involvement with the Kingdoms security. . Anything more extravagant would risk upsetting the citizenry and would strain the coffers.
On the upside though, if we can figure out a system quickly, with the war starting, there's lots of room for Title-upgrade worthy gallantry. (It'd be a good reward system for good RP too.
