There are a lot of great new video game characters out there today, but there were also a lot from when we were all kids. Who is your favorite character from when you were a kid and why?
My favorite was Mega Man. He had a sense of honor and always fought for peace, something that has been lost in today's gaming society. Not to mention, getting new abilities by defeating bosses is awesome!

I always held a place in my heart for Sub-Zero, Mortal Kombat. I'd play it with my dad all the time, when I was just but 5 years old, and fighting games have always been a staple. Hell, I was playing motion controlled fighting games before they made them for consoles, me and my dad.
But for all the Hadoukens, all the ninja motion games, Sub-Zero always comes to mind first when I think "Childhood video games."

It's a tie between Link and Samus.
One appeals to my medieval side and the other to my sci-fi side.
They're also some of the oldest school characters around that still get new games.

He was kind of lame in the cartoon though.Games and Comics showed his awsomeness!!!~!

Where can we go?
The titular character from Legacy of Kain, or Raziel from the same series.
They were vampiric anti-heroes, and they didn't freaking sparkle!
The vampires from this series, and the "I-don't-take-s**t" attitude of some of the characters was actually rather bad a**, in my opinion.
Sadly, I don't know many people who share my same admiration of the series. :'c
When will we find that we know...to let go?

It's so cute and small, but powerful enough.
It's your only companion when you stuck in the maze while playing Pokemon.
I admit that I am such a bad game player and shouldn't play my brother's gameboy orzlll
