This is a fruitful, tropical land located in the Antarctic. It was first found and used as a hidden base by Magneto and was later on taken over by Mister Sinister and used to trap and attempt to kill both the X-Men and the Brotherhood on several occasions.
Mister Sinister also used this land to run his experiments without the meddling of humans.
While on this land all mutant powers are neutralized unless one has a certain transmitter implanted in them

(Enter Suppai and Abbot from the outskirts of New York)
After traveling the electric lines as far as she could, Suppai left the system and then traveled as a free moving bolt of electricity.
Once at the edge of the Savage Land she turned both of them back into physical form and flew a little ways before landing.
"Kesshou can't track us here... At least without a considerable amount of effort."
Suppai started walking further into the area. "Just watch out for the natives. Animal or human, they are all savage." She looked back at Abbot as she walked.

Ward Abbot was sweating almost immediately from the heat and humidity of the Savage Land and stared at the landscape with his mouth agape. After the moment of shock wore off, the elder agent looked to Suppai and inquired, "What sort of Jules Verne Land of the Lost place is this!?!? Jurassic Park!?!?"

Suppai snickered and shook her head. "This place is called the Savage Lands. Mister Sinister has used this lost land several times for his own work as has Magneto and the Brotherhood."
"We are actually on top of a heat well in the Antarctic that escapes from a pocket of molten lava that lies not to far below the surface." Suppai spoke as she walked towards the center of the tropical paradise.
"It is surmised that when the ice age hit, this was one of the very few areas that did not freeze over, allowing some dinosaurs and other cold blooded creatures to survive the harsh climates that surrounded these lush lands."

 Ward Abbot stared at his surrounding with his mouth agape, as he follows Suppai, "This place is .... astonishing. If this place is heated by volcanic activity.... How safe is this place?"

"It's fine. The pocket drains to a under water volcanic breach not too far from here. The penguins tend to visit there to hunt for fish."
Suppai stopped at the side of a cliff and looked up. "Ready to climb?"

Suppai reached out and with her claws she dragged herself up the nearly flat cliff wall.
While she could just fly them both to the top, it was her way of testing him, not only in abilities but his faithfulness and his trust in her as well.
If he did not trust her or was not faithful, ether from contract or personal reasons, he would not follow her all the way to the building at the center of the Savage Lands, putting his own life in danger.

This is nuts... But I'm not going to stand around to become a dino dinner, Abbot thought to himself as he began his assent. While he was slowly climbing, the elder agent paused a moment before continuing his climb, "I take it there is a reason you aren't simply flying us up there?" Ward listened for an answer as he carefully made his way up.

Suppai looked down at him, an answer already ready for his question. "I told you. Powers are canceled out here." She then continued the climb.

"With what I know of this Captain Kirk, wouldn't you be shirtless by now?" Suppai looked down at Abbot, trying to make a witty quip but having too little knowledge to really do so.

Suppai snickered. "I figured. That's why I left yours on you." She finished her sentence as she pulled herself up on the the top of the cliff, only to revel that they now had a long winding road in front of them before reaching any buildings.

Abbot groaned once he saw the sloping road once he got on top of the ledge, "I guess we go up." The senior agent continued to follow Suppai toward the road.
