Nika sat on her little bunk bed sucking on her strawberry flavored lollipop. She was hugging her gigantimum teddy bear given to her on her eighth birthday.
"Hii there!" She said to noone in particular. Except it came out like this:

((I think some of us should live in the same house. It would be easier.))
Yuniko struggled to unlock her front door. She was holding the school books, that did not fit in her book bag, in one hand as well as a coffee. In the other hand, she was jangling the keys around so she can get the door open.
"I wish I could hire an assistant. I would make them do my homework and hold all my books for me. That would really be the life."
Yuniko whispered to herself. She struggled with the door for a few more seconds, until she finally got it open. She walked inside and put her book bag and school books on her desk. She drank the last bit of coffee left inside her mug and then tossed the mug in the full sink. She jumped on the couch and laid down. Yuniko then turned the T.V on just to hear nosies. She would end up not paying attention to it and just start to day dream anyway. She turned to her side to look at the clock.
"s**t! It's only 12:00am. I have no more classes today. I wonder what life has planed for me today. I want to hang out. I guess I'll go take a walk and see who is around."

"Gow ah oo?" Nika continued sucking on her delightful lollipop, clinging on to her teddy bear. "Ii fink Ii'w game oo Gob." She declared proudly, then flopped back onto her Piggy Pillow. She took out the lollipop and giggled.
"HI THERE!" She shrieked into the air, wondering if anyone was downstairs or if anyone was actually in the house.

Yuniko got up from the couch and turned the T.V off. She took a big stretch and then started to walk up the stairs towards Nika's room. When she got closer to the little eight years old's door she could hear her playing inside and talking to her toys. She knocked about three times and then opened the door. She saw Nika there with that little pig pillow and her teddy.
"Nika Hun? Would you like to go for a walk? I can take you to the park if you want."

"Ooooh, the park is fun!" Nika laughed and hopped off the bunk bed. "Yay!" She gave Yumiko a big hug, and skipped downstairs.
"You know, today, there was this person who called. He had this scary voice that was all raspy. I think he left a message." She giggled. "I wasn't listening though..." Haku and Sasuke icons (c) Tiffany Chang Steal and die.

Lauren sat on the leather couch, sighing. She had tons of homework to do, but no time to do it. She had just finished cleaning her room, mopping the floor, and emptying Zammie's litter box. Now she had to take the clothes out of the dryer, and then put in a new load. She was so busy nowadays. Her mom had left for a buisness trip, and no one else knew how to take care of a house. So she was piled on with the chores. She picked up her cat Zammie from the ground and petted her gently. Maye if she -- "LAUREN!" The high-piched voice of her 5 year old sister rang down he hall. Lauren got up quickly and ran to her little sister's room. "Carol? What is it?" I questioned. Carol looked up, her eyes rimmed with tears. She held up her favorite teddy bear. "He ripped." She said, and indicated to a long gash in the bears hip. I looked at her. "And? What am I supposed to do about it?" Carol got up and looked sternly at Lauren. "FIX IT!" She screetched. I stepped back. "Carol, I--" She stamped her foot. "FIX IT, FIX IT, FIX IT!" Lauren covered her ears. "Okay! Fine! I will!" Lauren grabbed the bear and stalked off glumly to the den. That was where the sewing stuff was. She supposed she would have to make more time in her day.
