-Liliana Bellefleur- Liliana gazed across the shore of Lake Lyn from afar; she was perched on top of a hill, looking down at the waters of the historical Nephilim site. It was the lake where Jonathan Shadowhunter had summoned the great Angel Raziel and started the race of Nephilim; many could still see pictures depicting the scene of Raziel rising from the waters with the Mortal Cup in one hand and the Mortal Sword in the other.
"I suppose I had better got going... I'm going to miss the signing." Liliana breathed, heading back down the hill where she could already see the gates of Alicante. It did not take her long to prove she lived there, and she was inside, heading for the Hall.
If you ask anyone, they would tell you that all the streets in Alicante lead to the Hall, and it has been proven true. She walked along a side street, gazing at the water ways and small little houses. As she turned the corner, she spotted her friend, Acel. Well, Liliana didn't know if she could call them friends, but they had definately been around each other before, but she could not remember if it had been a hunting mission or just a gathering. But she decided it didn't matter and walked up silently behind her.

Acel, the girl with a guy’s name, stood looking up at the front doors of the Hall. She sighed before entering slowly and with great effort. It’s not as though she was angry as to where she was going, she was elated really, but the thought of who would be going with her bugged her. What if it’s someone I don’t know? She asked herself.
She was deep in thought when she heard foot steps, barely audible, behind her. She looked over her shoulder and saw Liliana, a more acquaintance than friend, behind her.
“What are you doing?” She half hissed, half asked. She didn’t mean for it to sound that way. She felt sort of bad for the way it came out. But she shrugged it off and waited for a reply.

Liliana only blinked when the doors of the Hall shut behind her with a rather loud noise, though it was partially absorbed by the great chatter in the room. She sighed only slightly, a gentle exhale, and rested a hand on her hip, just above the belt where she held only a few of her weapons; they wouldn't be needing much, unless one of the Downworlders there decided to attack, which was highly unlikely. The signing of the Accords was a peaceful night, to make the partnership and co-existence of Nephilim and Downworlders official.
"What am I doing?" Liliana asked, raising a thin eyebrow, voice muddled by a somewhat faded foreign accent. "The same thing as you, I suppose. I'm here to watch the Accords." She always loved to watch, even if she couldn't sign them herself. It was fun to watch the gathering off all the races, except the Mundane, of course, while not having to worry much about anything.

Acel opened her mouth to say something but the words escaped her. She just sighed and met her face with her palm. That was a stupid question, she thought, of course she was going to see the signing, where else would she be going?
“Oh, right. You excited?” She asked, her words falling out of her mouth with exceptional blandness and embarrassment. She stared at the ground, moving with quickness under her feet. She slowed until she was about 3 feet in front of Liliana then kept walking.

Liliana watched with amusement as Acel, as some childish Mundie's might call it, 'face-palmed', with a look of exceptional dread. Why, Liliana wasn't sure, but she kept any thoughts to herself. "I'm not sure if 'excited' would be the right word, but I suppose it's something along those lines." She said, wracking her brain for something better to say. That's what she got for spending a few week alone- complete loss of basic social skills.
"What about you, though? Are you excited?" She asked, quickening her pace to match Acel's rapid foot falls. She didn't know why she was walking so fast, and how she was dodging around the crowd of people. Agility training, Liliana decided.

“Yeah well, kinda,” Acel stepped to the side to dodge a muscular man. “I’m happy to be here, I am, and I’m glad to be away from the Institute for a while.” The nagging feeling of homesickness advanced on her like a werewolf’s claw on a vampire.
Acel wasn’t very social since what happened to her family, it took a month before she said something to the nurse, and no one really talked with her unless it was important back home. Locked in conversation with someone she barely knew was a new experience for her.
