Who in your opinion will be the most improved team and the team that drops the most this season?
For the most improved, I think there is close to no doubt that it will be the Clippers. The only thing that is stopping those guys from winning will be either inexperience (in where Chauncey Billups is there), an unproven coach (Vinny Del Negro), or injury (Chris Paul or Blake Griffin). We might even expect 50 wins from this team, and a top 4 seed in the West. The form will come slowly though, but I expect them to be in peak form come March or April.
For the team that is going to suck (more), it will have to be.... drumroll..... the Bobcats. With no real franchise player, an unshaped Boris Diaw at center, and the best player being Corey Maggette, this Jordan-led team does not seem to be Jordanesque. It is quite obvious that they are tanking. We might even see less than 10 wins, an all-time low.

Most improved will be the Clippers, for sure. I'm taking the Hornets to be one of the lowest seeds in the West, though, without Chris Paul.
