As shown, the Living room is a large space with scenic window and a wall-mounted TV screen, directly to the left of which is the door. The massive wrap-around couch in the center is also a king-size fold-out bed, for any visitor or... 'Special Guest' he may have. The large circular panel in the ceiling is a massive dimmer-light, which remains off until night-time.
His own bedroom; small in its own right, holds nothing but a queen-sized mattress and a desk with a chair.
Directly parallel the door to his bedroom is the door to his bathroom, which is slightly larger than his own room, with a marble counter, holding a sink, and mirror, and a walk-in shower with shaded-glass door, instead of a bathtub on the opposite corner from the toilet.
To the right of the massive living room is a large kitchen-area separated from the main room by one long marble bar-counter, with stools to match the couch. In the kitchen one would find the usual utilities - a stove, a sink, a refrigerator, oh yeah - and a rather large brewing table that takes up most of the far corner of the kitchen.

With a light *click!* and small creak, the door to Allan's dorm-room opened, and there stood one astonished avoral. "Man, this is... Remarkable..." He stayed silent, walking through the room and investigating every small aspect of it from top to bottom, never being able to wipe the smile from his face. "This is absolutely perfect, not to mention the miniature brewery... I could get my business a head-start here!" He chuckled, picking up a note from the brewing stand.
"Just be sure not to blow the place up." ~ Garret, the Dorm Master.
{...Awesome.} Allan thought to himself, grateful for everything provided. No, not even grateful... If there were a word he could think of to describe it better than that, he would. He gave a sigh of relief as he found his way to the back room, HIS room, and finally just flopped down on something comfier than a matted bundle of leaves. "I can definitely get used to this..."

Alinese stopped in front of Allen's door and knocked before opening the door. She spotted Allen and smiled at him softly. "Hello, Allen. I am Alinese Yggdrasill, founder of the Academy. I came to see if you were comfortable, and if there was anything you needed." She looked at his room, smiling. The imps had done a wonderful job with his room. It didn't surprise her; imps were great construction workers. They were fast, nimble, and accurate. And, their ability to see a person's comfort was astonishing.

Upon hearing the voice of the headmaster and landowner, he nearly jumped out of his skin. Scrambling to get up and presentable from his thoughtful state on his bed. "Madame Alinese!" Soon, he was standing in front of her, in much of a royal-messanger form. "Everything is absolutely wonderful! Sorry, I wasn't expecting visitors so soon, or I'd have most of my potions already unpacked!"
Slightly confused by her asking to help him, instead of the other way around, he stuttered a little. "Um... I - I think I have everything I could EVER ask for!" He explained, motioning to the room. "Though, I'm not sure how you knew what I wanted my room to look like." He laughed a bit, obviously feeling inferior to such a woman, and tense about how to act around her.

Alinese could only giggle at his nervousness. She looked at him gently. "I am sorry to bother you so soon, Allen. I make sure to visit all the new students. And, do not worry about unpacking your potions for me. I have no need of them." She patted his head at his last statement. "Nor do I, since I don't design and build them. If you want to know how, you'll have to catch the little imps before they disappear." She smiled at her words. "I heard from my son that you're an interesting boy, and that you have met Yvonne. To gain her trust so quickly is surprising, considering her past." She realized she was babbling and shut her mouth, smiling apologetically. "If I could, I would like to request that you be careful with the poor girl. She's been through a lot in her life, especially in the passed year." She was prepared for questions regarding Yvonne's life, but wouldn't tell him. It was up to Yvonne whether he knew her past or not.

Allan seemed to loosen up after hearing her laugh, and sighed with relief. "No, no! It's no bother at all. I was just surprised is all." He nodded gently. "Indeed, Alister's a fine young lad... If a little too curious for his own good." He chuckled, remembering his 'I read that in a college book...' line. "I most certainly planned on it, madame. Yvonne was my first and only friend for a while there, and I had no intentions on making her upset. In fact, I was a little hurt on the inside when she reacted after seeing some person... Kenji, I think it was..?" He shut his trap, remembering her teary-eyed face, and feeling hurt by it once more. "I hate to think what one of my kinder acquaintances could have done to make her react so strongly... Yet, I'd rather not know. It's none of my business..." he clarified, an apologetic look of his own spaced across his face, and a frown forming on his beak.

"I understand. Sometimes it's best to know as little as you can. But, you don't need to worry. I'm sure Yvonne will talk to Kenji soon, and maybe everything will be fine between them at last." She knew that Yvonne would take Kenji under her wing as a friend once things were fixed between him, but she'd never forget what happened between them, whatever it was. "Just like she'll never forget what her stepfather--" Alinese shut her mouth quickly and stood up straight. "Well, I better be going. Have to go find my son. I'm sure he couldn't have gotten too far. Bye, now." She was out of the door faster than someone could blink, and out of the dormitory building faster than necessary.((got to love being a vampire in awkward moments. XD))

Allan had no real time to react, but instead sat there, beak agape as to the speed of his headmistress. {Well... That was odd... but... Now I'm more curious than ever... stepfather..? Kenji and Yvonne had something between them..? I don't get it...} He shook his head as his thoughts sloshed around inside it like a sickening septic fluid. "I think I just need to lay down for a while..." He spoke to nothing... and so he did.
He returned back into his bedroom, leaving the door opening so as to let the welcoming scent of a brewing cider waft through the halls and propose a drink to any that wanted one.
