I found this great DIY for a bustle skirt that could be great for Victorian/Lolita style Steampunk. Granted, it's a Burlesque style one, but that doesn't mean it can't be utilized.
Cut Out + Keep Burlesque Bustle Skirt
I have a photo shoot coming up very soon and my skirt has gotten too big. Instead of trying to make a new one, I'm simply going to take it in and cover it up with the belt and bustle of this skirt. If it turns out, I'll see about posting pics!
