Looking for a Vice Captian!!!!!!!
Yeah, that is pretty muh it. I need to see that you know everything about the moderator panel and are willing to keep up with updates. 3nodding I am highly dedicated to this guild right now, but I feel as if I may need a replacement someday soon. neutral sweatdrop
You need to be very active and I must be able to trust that you won't drive the guild into the ground with your new powers. 3nodding
just post in here if you can follow the above criteria and are willing to take on this challenge. xd (It is not really a challenge unless you ARE the captain sweatdrop ).

I think that i might have wha tit takes! biggrin I am on all the time (and even more cuz my dad just got a new labtop with wirless internet!) i am active when something is going on and i tried to get a job the last time you did this! sweatdrop

Ohhh! so this is even more important other then a regular mod....why? are you leaveing us for good or is it just precaution if your comp. goes wako again?

Maybe I should apply...but I'm not very active on Gaia, so no. Saying you need an heir sounds somewhat suspicious. I don't like how that sounds.

I am hoping not to leave. I just need some one to be able to take my place while I am gone in case I end up getting blocked from here again. Some day, I will need a hier, anyways. sweatdrop

I am on Gaia practically every day, sometimes two to three times a day. I don't post on here very often because I really can't find anything good to say, but I would hold the rules of Gaia and this guild with the highest regards and not abuse my powers. I am a mod in another guild. That is all I can say. I really try to post here alot, but sometimes it gets hard for something to come out... yeah...

It would be fun to be a mod for another guild. But being a guild owner myself, it would be hard to manage two guilds at once. I would like it, but I highly doubt I could be as active as some of the other people on here.

I shouldn't have to give you a list of things. neutral Being a mod is about being able to follow the rules, uphold those rules, be active in the guild, and have fun doing it! 3nodding Being a Vice Captain needs all of those and some sort of knowledge of how to use the moderator panel. Hopefully you know how to make banners and are good at it. Those are the basics. 3nodding

Some people may be batter at it than others, but I welcome you to strive for this goal. I would love to have more candidates now than I did when I called for moderators. It is a very forgiving position. You recieve almost every attribute of of a Captain, but you cannot make decisions about selling the guild or big things like that. You may also not delete the posts of someone higher than you (I've tried in another guild sweatdrop xd ).
