Hi everybody,
I need some help with creating a light workout routine for my school days. Normally I have freetime for the workout about a ½ hour before school and 1 hour after. I'm having my final exams (kinda like A-levels/ SATs) this spring, so I dont have so much free time as usual. I dont have any workout equipment at home except for a bicycle but it is the middle of the winter and I cant ride when there is snow on the ground.
Help anyone?

You are look at basic calisthenics ... stuff you would normally see at the beginning of a PE class to warm up ... the key for you is just volume ... do as much as you can in the periods of free time you have ... there are a lot of things you can also do while studying or at school ... jog to class, stretch while you study, jog in place when waiting in lines, etc ...
Sure these things are somewhat an annoyance at the beginning, but once you get a rhythm going ... you should be fine ...

You can always get a jump rope ... 10 minutes of jump rope is equivalent to 30 minutes if jogging ...

mistermma You can always get a jump rope ... 10 minutes of jump rope is equivalent to 30 minutes if jogging ... And if you can't get a rope, jumping jacks perform the same general function.
