I am looking into starting my own ghost tours, I already have a business license and a pending location. My questions are...
Have you been on a ghost tour before? What did you like or not like about it?
What do you think a ghost tour should do or have?
Any input whatsoever?

You might want to make sure you put "For Entertainment Purposes Only" somewhere and go heavy on the history. Should kept the materialist ninnies away for a little while. All of that is entirely up to you though.
Make sure you tell a good story so even if no ghosts show your customers still have a good time.
