Ya know, it didn't occur to me until now, but since we have that sub-forum for inspiration, have you (the guild Crew) thought of maybe having monthly fan fiction challenges?
Post a prompt, something that's not fandom specific, like a photograph or an inspirational quote, and challenge guild members to write a fic for whatever fandom they're a part of based of that photo or quote. The fics would, of course, be posted here in the guild (in addition to whatever other fan fiction site they may be members of).
That could help raise activity.
Also, inviting new members might too.
