Welcome to Squad 11
Please fill out the application below if you would like to Join, Transfer or Leave the Defensive Maneuver Specialist Division. There are only a few, simple questions, but please do your best to fill them out thoroughly and to the best of your ability. If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me and I'll gladly help out. All new members will start off as Soldiers unless told otherwise by the Captain. If you are transferring from another Squad and would like to retain your Rank, please PM me so we can discuss the best course of action.
This thread is to be used only by the Captain and those who wish to either Join or Transfer from this Squad or from another Squad.
If you are Joining, please fill out the following Application Form.
❶: Please state your character name.
❷: Why would you like to become a Defensive Maneuver Specialist?
❸: How will you and how often will you contribute to Squad activity?
❹: Tell us all a bit about yourself and/or your character. What do you enjoy doing? Are there any particular skill sets that you have that will benefit the Squad?
❺: Please provide a Role Play sample. There's no required length, but I advise that you provide at least one, standard paragraph. Your character may be doing anything.
If you are leaving or transferring from another Squad, please fill out the following Transfer Form that applies to you.
Transferring

❸: Have you informed your previous Captain that you have transferred?
Leaving
