I need 1 strong lumber jack that can bring me wood for sale and building.
I need 1 strong stone hauler that can bring me stones for building.
Pays with foraged food for now - sorry, I don't have much else at the moment. The Pay may get better as more houses/buildings are constructed.

While waiting for someone to reply to his help wanted signs, Terry was cleaning up the work area. As he was sweeping unwanted dust, he came across an ancient book.

Picking up the book, he began to read it. On the cover, it said,

"Hmm," Terry said aloud, not caring if someone was there or not, "Interesting."

Reading further, he came across a familiar name...Shadow...."could this be?" Terry wondered if perhaps this was the demon that haunts the village. He turned the page and was shocked even further! "Tails was the original Harvest Sprite of the village aiding its founder Sonic the Hedgehog who was said to have found a Chaos Crystal while trying to escape Shadow who had world domination on his mind. This Crystal formed the Island, thus trapping Shadow within it. Now as a ghost, Shadow haunts its inhabitants relaying only two ways to set the Island free of the curse. The first is to bring life to this forsaken spit of land as fast as Sonic can travel including tourists, and then, the second way is to dig and dig to find Shadow's dead remains and give the evil hedgehog their soul so that Shadow can live once again for all of eternity."

Gasping, Terry dropped the book. "Ow!" Said a voice, "Didja have to drop that right on my head?"

Lifting the book, Terry saw a small hedgehog that could talk! "Y-you're Sonic, aren't you?"

"That's my name. I know you. You're Terry Bogard. Heh, must be nice to be King of the Entire Renaissance Galaxy. I'm from Capcom's side of Southtown. You know, where Ken Masters and Ryu Hoshi live? My buddy Megaman and I just love your Bar, the Bogard Bar."

"Wow, now this is interesting! Yeah, now I remember you, but how come are you so small on this Island?"

"Why else? The blasted curse! I was the one who wrote that book. I just finished it when you picked it and me up at the same time."

Blushing, Terry replied, "Oh, sorry about that. So, are you really here to help out?"

"I was hoping to. Is there a dig site around here? I gotta warn that guy about the danger. If he frees Shadow, then he will have the power to destroy this Island for good! Able to create earthquakes and everything!"

"Well, yeah, there is, Sonic. The guy's name is Zack. He's just North of this place. But, what about the people encased in stone? What about them?"

"Don't worry about them. That isn't really the major problem around here and your wife is doing a fine job making sure that this Island has as few of those kinds of statues as possible. Its just a reaction to the Chaos Crystals, and if Dee calls it a curse, well...I suppose it can be. That's all the more reason why we have to prevent Zack from freeing Shadow. If Shadow is free, then Zack can uses whatever he finds and turn it into a chaos mode."

"And Tails? What about him?"

"I...I wish I knew what happened to him, Terry. I really do. After this island was made, he too disappeared."

"Well, I think I may have a clue of what happened. Wow, that priest guy is going to want to hear about this."

"So, you're going to find the priest and I am heading to the dig site, correct?"

Terry nodded.

Sonic then sped off towards the dig site and Terry went on his business.
