Keyblade/Weapon Description: User Image

(Keyblade and/ or Weapon) Abilities: Boosts the total supply of magical energy for and increases the defenses of the wielder. After his training in the Keyblade Graveyard, Disruption's natural abilities have increased creating a miniature barrier around Strider granting him natural resilience against melee ranged attacks.

Type: Master

Magic: Fire, Blizzard, Thunder, Cure, Gravity, Reflect, Haste; all spells mastered to the 3rd Tier (-ga) while Gravity and Reflect have been mastered up to the 4th Tier (-ja).

-After his training within the Keyblade Graveyard Strider has learned how to cast Shadow Magic versions of his previous spells, infusing his spells with the full power of darkness to warp them into superior offensive options against their original element. For instance, a Shadow Firaga is actually more effective against Fire-type enemies than Blizzard, Shadow Blizzaga is more effective against Blizzard types, etc...

Limit: Shadow Fall- Fuses his Keyblade with an aura of black
energy forged from using Gravity and Reflect simultaneously, augmenting his defensive abilities to control the immediate gravity around him to reflect enemy attacks and magical abilities back at them. This Limit is noted to vastly consume his magical power down to zero, leaving him able to use this skill only once per day (given regular food and rest under normal conditions). Take note this Limit does not increase any other aspect of his powers save his defenses both physical and magical.

Drives: Strike Mode-A drive mode strongly focused on fusing the power of Darkness along with Strider's regular skills. While using this Drive, his only one in fact, Strider's Keyblade changes into Total Eclipse (right hand) and Lunar Eclipse (left hand), the only time Strider dual-wields Keyblades when in combat. Strider's offensive abilities are drastically increased in this form, along with his movement speed growing 1.5 times faster with an innate Haste. During Strike Mode Strider can freely unleash bursts of dark energy across the battlefield with each single swing of his Keyblades, unleash longer stronger combos in mid-air, gains an added High Jump combined with Double Jump, and MP Haste to restore his magical energy (only during Strike Mode).

Shadow Drive: Rending Slash- An augmented Drive mode that was unlocked after the completion of brutal training at the Keyblade Graveyard for greater mastery over the powers of darkness. While engaged in this exclusive Drive, Strider cloaks himself entirely in shadow, reshaping Disruption into a massive pitch black replica of its original shape. This Drive emphasizes overwhelming offense and utterly no restraint, invoking a berserker like state within Strider that prevents him incapable of casting Defensive/Healing Magic. As compensation for his lack of defense, all of Strider's spell are augmented with dark energy and can be cast up to the 4th Tier (-ja) as their dark forms. In addition to improving his magic, Strider's Shadow Drive boosts his attack range to roughly double its original length while providing a massive black gauntlet in order to wield the augmented weapon. Since this Drive is fueled directly by Strider's darkness, his power stems from how deeply he can tap into his inner darkness without relying on any other external source of power.

Strengths: Can freely call upon the power of Darkness-This power enables him to use the Corridors of Darkness without needing the black coat, manipulate low-level Heartless and summon low-level Unversed from nearby human sources to act as his minions.

-After his training against the embodiment of his own darkness, as well as his transitory conflicts against the Sentiments of fallen Keyblade Masters, he has learned how to harness his inner darkness outside of his Drive Mode. This drastic increase in his control over darkness unlocked some new abilities for Strider, namely a new Drive Mode and the absorption of a Sentiment of Darkness. His new powers include perfectly mimicking all of the skills of the Vanitas Sentiment he devoured as well as being able to naturally cast Dark Magic in addition to his regular spells.

Weaknesses: The Light from specific elemental Keyblades (Light and Fire) tend to weaken his own dark abilities, though his normal skills are unaffected. (This is especially evident during Strike Mode which emphasizes the power of Darkness to the maximum level of his skills.)

Personality: Cold and relentless, Strider is a warrior constantly in search of a new battle to improve his already great strength to the very limit. He has no respect for that of other Keyblade Wielders if they fail to meet his exacting standards, nor does he care for anything beyond his single absolute goal: obtaining the power over Darkness to become a true Keyblade Master of Darkness.

Bio: Strider was once an apprentice of a Keyblade Master prior to the horrors of the First Keyblade War-He was left behind as his Master went off to prevent the formation of the X-Blade. During the time from his Master's departure to news of his ultimate demise, Strider was noted to have been experimenting with Pureblood Heartless around the time that the Unversed began to appear around the numerous worlds. His experiments into the nature of Darkness in his world led to Strider tapping into Darkness himself, corrupting the apprentice completely due to his inborn ambition to surpass his Master by any means necessary. In time, after years of training and battle, Strider has mastered his powers and now seek to expand his skills into that of a Master.

After meeting the Keybladers within the City of Light Strider came to realize his own abilities were far weaker than necessary in order to claim the title of a Keyblade Master. Leaving the City behind him with permission of the guardians of the City, Strider reached his destination, the site of the Great Keyblade War; the Keyblade Graveyard. Immediately calling upon the powers of darkness and the fallen masters of old, he spent two years intensely training against Sentiments and other powerful beings to improve his skills to the point of perfectly calling and controlling his own inner darkness. As a direct result of his training Strider absorbed the power of the Vanitas Sentiment, infusing him with newly acquired powers that greatly improved his pre-existing abilities. Armed with new power and newly discovered darkness, he has returned to the City of Light eager to exert his presence among the survivors of the last great conflict.
